The home is separated into three living areas to accommodate large groups comfortably. The first area has four bedrooms four bathrooms and it includes a detached two bedroom two bath guest wing. The estate is located in a protected cove of luxury beach front homes on the sunny northeast side of Kauai.

Stay on Anahola Bay, a local area where the sun is often shining when Princelille, Anini, Hanalei Bay and Haena are cloudy and rainy. Anahola is central to the island. A trip to the movies or the mall is twenty minutes from Anahola.
This large home can effortlessly sleep 16 and seat 16 inside in the Dining area and adjacent Family room table. There is also a large covered lanai in the central courtyard and two large tables on the beachside to seat up to 16. There are three separate living areas. TRAVEL TRIP: Anahola Beach Estate is one of the few properties that can accommodate multiple families on a useable sandy beach. Avoid being disappointed. Always ask to see photos and for the square footage of the home. A few of the questions you may ask: Are you on the beach, Is it windy, Is there coral out in front of the home, can you see the water, are their waves in the summer, is there a place for small children to swim? We often hear stories of visitors that arrived with their entire family to be greeted with a small outdated home that is unable to sleep the entire family and even though you are on a beach you have to drive every day to use the beach.
Come be our guest and stay beachfront on the best beach on Kauai. Enjoy one of the few spots on Kauai you can walk out your door to a sand bottom beach. You can stroll over a mile of white sandy beach, surf, swim, snorkel, or boogie-board. There is also a protected cove for small children.
TRAVEL TIP: Many of the beaches on Kauai are either coral or often experience rough and high surf. In the North, Anahola is one of the best swimming, boogie boarding beaches with an area at the far end at the beach park with an area for small children. Even these two beaches can occasionally be rough in bad weather. Most of Kauai Beaches do not have lifeguards.
Anahola Bay is a great beach for children and adults and is swimable most of the time.

Why the Owner Chose Anahola
We visited Kauai and searched for several years before we bought our home. We stayed in the south and north before we finally made our decision. We knew right away the south was too commercial and the north was either all coral reef, the waves were too rough in the winter and too small in the summer. We have been to every beach on Kauai and there is no other beach that compares to Anahola Bay. You have a beautiful sand bottom beach right out in front of the home with a reef protected area of the bay for small children at one end. We take our daily walks on the beach from one end of the bay to the other when we are on island. The people are great and you really feel the Aloha spirit.
The Unique Benefits at this HOUSE AND GUEST HOUSE
You will really feel like you are on vacation. The home is very private but right on the beach. There is a courtyard to relax in or there is outside seating on the beachside of the home. It is true island living with 7' tall oversized sliding doors that let in the ocean breezes. The three separate living areas is a must for large groups. It is great to have one central area to congregate but still have the separate sleeping areas.
