The Florida Clean Air Act mandates NO SMOKING in the lobbies, stairwells, elevators, and recreation rooms. There will be no cigar, cigarette, pipe or other smoking or grilling of food on the lanais which are limited common area. There will be no smoking in the fenced-in pool area.
It is prohibited to throw anything off the walkways. This includes cigarette/cigar butts - please dispose of them properly. NOTICE: Effective from June to September 2013 the following projects will take place at Carlos Pointe:
