THE COTTAGE is located on quiet GOSHORN LAKE between the resort town of Saugatuck, Michigan and the TULIP city of Holland, Michigan. Swimming, boating (paddle boat,kayaking), fishing, and private dock are yours to enjoy.
The COTTAGE has two bedrooms and one bath... Sleeps Six. Fully furnished kitchen, grill, microwave, refrigerator,ice maker, range with oven, toaster, coffeemaker, dishes, and utensils are provided. Toilet paper, paper towels, pillows, and blankets are also provided. You supply the linens and towels. It also has Cable TV. NO PETS. Washer and Dryer available.
One bedroom has a Queen Bed and the other bedroom has a Queen Bed and a twin. There is also a hide-a-bed. THE COTTAGE also has a deck with furniture and a grill. Firepit on premises. Everything to make your stay enjoyable. "The Cottage" is a housekeeping cottage. Please leave Cottage as you found it. Overnite Guests will be charged. Drive up parking. Thank you. Wireless interest available, DVD library.
Activities and Attractions: Antiquing, Golf, Shopping, Dune Rides (just minutes away), Restaurants, and Hiking. Also Holland activities include a visit to the Wooden Shoe Factory and the Big Windmill on Windmill Island. There are also wonderful beaches in both Saugatuck and Holland.

My family of 4 (kids 5 and 8) stayed in the cottage for our family vacation. We had a great time fishing on the lake, the kids were able to catch plenty of bluegill and even a few bass to keep them entertained. Pat and Carol were very helpful when needed. We were well within easy travel distances of beaches in Saugatuck, Holland, and South Haven and all the shopping and fun we could handle. Only minor issue was hot water for showers etc. Typically we would be able to take one shower or bath then have to wait to take another to let the water heat up again. That said the shower was lovely, great water pressure so nothing to really worry about. Thanks to Pat and Carol for a nice trip. We enjoyed it.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Just a short walk (across the lawn) to the lake. The hosts (Pat and Carol) were very friendly and made us feel at home. The cottage is excellent and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the cottage to anyone who wants a quiet family friendly place that is on Goshorn lake.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
