The apartment is very beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The decoration is very modern. You have all you need in the apartment. They have washing machines, dryer, Wi-Fi, flat TV in all the rooms, and the living room. The beach is beautiful and the pool is big and clean. I am a native Puerto Rican and very familiar with the Isla Verde area where Coral Beach Apartments are located. My family and I had an extremely positive experience during our stay. The property manager, Tijuana, was very accommodating and attentive of our needs. She was aware that we were travelling with our 10 month old baby daughter and even had toys and water proof diapers for her. We thought that was a wonderful touch on behalf of Tijuana. The apartment itself comes with air conditioning units in each room, cable TV, wireless internet, and a brand new washer & dryer. We had no problems whatsoever. We had a rental car and parking was safe and secure. The building’s security officers were extremely cooperative and friendly. It's our first time going to puertorico and after a couple of weeks searching for a good price place to stay i finally pick this one. The rooms look bigger on the picture but it's a little smaller than i expected but there's plenty of closet space esp at the master's bedroom. There are 4 of us who stayed and all adults. I love that the apartment have a washer and dryer because it's really an advantage especially if you're staying more than 3 days. The place is actually close to everything, food places, and casino (EL San Juan Casino) i also love the fact there's a close starbucks because i am addicted to their coffee :) Cab price from here for 4 people to go to old san juan is $20 we had trouble with renting a car so we decided not to, driving around puertorico can be tough! Everything is walking distance and let me not forget to tell you how beautiful the beach is! and the pool is very clear and huge. You just have to get used to the slow elevator and the double doors. Very secure place to stay! There's so many gates and the security personnel are very friendly!!! They have pots and pans, i think they just need to add a bigger frying pan since the other frying pan was too small. We made breakfast 3 mornings we stayed here to save a little money. There's a walking distance supermarket "PueblO" 10mins walk which is like a big stop n shop where you can get some groceries. There's also bakery down the road by walgreens i forgot the name. Like i said the beach is clean! cleaner than in front of the ESJ and the other neighbor hotels which they have a lot of seaweeds. It's close by jetski rentals and don't forget to do the banana boat! The only probably negative thing is the slow internet which made it hard to upload tons of pics on facebook and the guy at the gym says we can't use the gym because we're not staying their as residents for more than 3 months. well i didn't tell the owner since it's a vacation who wants to workout anyway inside when you can run by the beach! The owner was very friendly and gets back at me right away when i try to ask her questions about the place. Don't get discouraged when they asks you to give the first half of payment and not just deposit i was feeling a little paranoid at first because most of the rental is only asking for deposit just don't forget to use credit card. All in all i had a very comfortable vacation!Owner response: We are very please with all of our travelers that stays at our property!! Thank you all for choosing us!! To ensure that our rental home become your home,we do all we can to make sure you have a pleasant, wonderful and a memorable stay with us. Bigger frying pans were added to our kitchen utilities.
