House was beautiful and in a great location. House was well kept and clean. Had a few issues while we were there: refrig. not working, hot tube not hot - the service people were there promptly and resolved problems (even replaced refrig). Could not have been happier with the house or the service from beach realty. Also rented chairs, grill and bikes - all were of high quality. Had a great trip and would love to do it all again! The property location is awesome. We have stayed in this area for the last 4 years. This is our first year in this house. We LOVED the outdoor features. Great pool, wading pool and loved the hot tub. The inside of the house is pretty beaten up, could use some TLC. The ice machine worked which is a first. We had trouble with the clothes dryer but the repairman fixed it quickly. We had 19 family members staying at the house for the week. It was large enough that we never felt crowded. The house was in great shape, very clean and well maintained. The two fridges were essentail to keep enough food and drink an hand for 19 people. Dinner seating wassn't an issue as there was a dining romm table, a countertop bar, a small dining table and a small family room table to eat at. There was also an outside dining table. (under roof so you were in the shade) Ample seating for everyone to eat. Water pressure in the showerss was adequate and the master bedroom had a jacuzi tub. The pool/babypool/hottub was clean and well maintained. The pools were cleaned 3 times during our week there. What was the downside to this house? Minor stuff. The hottub was not very hot (they tell you that up front) and it would be very handy to have a bathroom at pool level. Having to climb the steps back to the house and dry off to use the restroom is a bummer. When you go through the gate to the beach, there are some flowering weeds that attract alot of wasps and bees. They never bothered anyone(no one was stung), but it did freak some of the kids (and adults) to have to walk through them. Oh, and there was a hole in the yard right next to the path/sprayoff house that is a potential anlkle breaker. Also, the Pillows are terrible! Bring your own!
