Sandpebble is an upscale community at the heart of Martin County's Hutchinson Island. Renovated top to bottom in 2011, this 1233 sq. ft. condo on the intercoastal waterway has been outfitted with the best of everything. New cherry and stainless kitchen, new baths, new tile and granite, new flat screen TVs. Even the beds are new -- king in the master, queen in the guest room. New washer and dryer in your unit. The best part is the view, followed closely by the proximity to water. Your condo is on the second floor so you can walk up or take the elevator. So close to the water, you can hear it gently lapping just below. You can watch the fish jumping from the comfort of your living room or master bedroom. And on days when you're very lucky, you can see the dolphins cavorting just beyond the docks. Sunsets from your balcony are simply stunning. Or you can pop across the street to enjoy a sunrise or a walk on our private beach on the ocean. We like to toast the end of each day from our balcony as the sun dips beneath the water.

I can not say enough about this lovely condo unit at SandPebble. Stocked with everything you could possibly need for pool, beach and kitchen! Kitchen has all your cooking needs as well as tableware and service for 8. Wine glasses for your every need. An incredible view directly off the screened lanai and the ocean only across the street. Wonderful! Your pool is heated to perfection, staff keeps grounds lovely and the ocean is always there to welcome you each morning for your early AM walks. My guests and I especially enjoyed spending our indoor time on the lanai for morning coffee and happy hour;) You will not find better accommodations or better owners from whom to rent. We stayed for three months this winter and are making our plans already for at least that next year. We look forward to the next visit back here - you will not find a nicer location or rental!Recommended for: Age 55+.

About the owner: We're both in sales. Tacy travels a lot. Kevin sells locally. We both love Florida having moved here from the upper midwest. We have two grown sons and currently share our home with Sam, our nine year old Shih Tzu (and pack leader!)
Why the Owner Chose Sandpebble:
We actually live in Martin County on the mainland. Because we travel a lot, we wanted a vacation place nearby so we could enjoy it without more travel. We both love the beach and we think Sandpebble is the best place in the world to get away from it all. We like sharing our condo with like-minded visitors.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
It's so quiet here, you can get lost in a good book. The sun shines almost all of the time and I never tire of watching the wildlife of south Florida. The grounds at Sandpebble are beautifully maintained. It truly is a little piece of Paradise!
