Deposits may vary by number of people and length of stay. Cleaning fees are mandatory and deducted from your deposit. All linens are professionally laundered, which is expensive here and part of the cleaning fee. *Deposits are refunded AFTER your departure and upon satisfactory preview of the condo. Please allow 2-5 days for PayPal refunds. If you do not have, or want a PayPal account, please inquire as to other payment options. Credit cards are only accepted by using PayPal, and like any charge payment, there is a transaction fee charged by PayPal. All rent balances are due at the time of check in - CASH ONLY (unless pre-paid in full via PayPal - or another payment option approved in advance).
