The home sits on 5 wooded acres with a winding nature trail adjoining the Potawatomi Nature Preserve. The yard has a campfire ring and plenty of space for soccer, softball, or volleyball. Play some One-on-One on the lighted 22'x24' basketball court. There's plenty of room for your boat, RV or cars under the 8 ft tall carport or in the four car garage.

Beautiful cottage and great place for a family to stay. We had 12 people in our party and it was very comfortable. Lots of sleeping and eating spots for the group. All items supplied so not much packing to do. The hot tub was very enjoyable. Only drawbacks were the non-working outlets in the kitchen and the evidence of mice throughout the cottage.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We recently returned from a weekend stay at this property with a group of 10 adults (5 couples) and a number of small children. The house is perfect for large groups with an ideal layout for groups. The three bedrooms upstairs worked perfectly for the families with babies, and those who stayed in the lower level rooms could not hear a thing the whole night! The living room/dining room/kitchen is large enough for everyone to feel comfortable and not cramped, and the outdoor space on the property is wonderful. Nature hikes in the woods, hanging out on the screened porch hot tub, building a fire in the conveniently located fire pit...this house has it all. It's location about 10 minutes from town and about 15 minutes from the beach is a bit lengthy, but there is so much to do at the house you really could spend the whole weekend hanging out there! Will definitely return back if we head to this area with friends again...the owner was great and very easy to work with. No complaints!

We had the kids and grand kids here for a week and everyone really enjoyed the house enough that we plan to come back next summer. The house is big enough for everyone to enjoy together and still have some space. Saugatuck beaches are wonderful. We can't wait to come back again.
