This is the house of an Italian artist. He lives in a separate apartment on the second floor of the same house and rents out the biggest part of the villa in the entire main floor. Being guests in this house is a very special experience for people who love art, culture and the cozy style of an artistic Italian athmosphere.
From this fortunate location you cannot see one building or any presence of a city but only bay, sky and tropical vegetation. A small, incredible sandy beach on the bay front and a typical gazebo complete the dream.
The sunset is just in front. In the garden, next to the pool, you’ll find a tropical bar and a garden kitchen with a barbecue. In this little paradise you can rent a room or the whole house, if available, daily, weekly, monthly and long term at different prices. You can also rent the garden and the living areas for private and corporate parties, weddings etc.

The house is located in North Beach (entering from 77th St). 10 minutes from Bal Harbour, Florida most elegant shopping center, 5 minutes from oceanic beaches with natural park and 15 minutes from South Beach. June 1-Aug 31 $500 day the villa or $80-$120 day per room single/double occupancy.
March 5-May 31 & Sept.1-Oct.31 $600 a day for the villa or add$20 a day per room.
High season (Jan. 21 – Feb. 28 and Nov. 1 – Dec. 15) add $40 a day per room.
Super high season(Dec 15 - Jan 20) add $80 a day per room.
One week minimum stay. Less than one week Short stay fee $20 a day per room.
Added bed $25 per person per night. Special rates can be applied on special dates.
Long term rentals and house sharing upon request.
B/fast $15 per person.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
Unique location! It is like to be in an island. When I visited this area I felt an incredible sense of wellness. My feeling was to buy immediately this house. Only after years I have discovered why: in the Biscayne Bay Area of Miami have been recently discovered several energy centers, or vortexes of subtle energy, of the same kind of Sedona Vortexes. The energy from these vortexes springs directly from the waters and saturates the whole area located in the northern part of the bay between Miami and Miami Beach, around the 79th St. bridge. It can be noticed in a subtle but general way anywhere around this area of the town, especially in the waterfront properties. You can feel the magic in the air. Living or just staying here few days can be a very uplifting experience. The energy you take in can stay with you and affect you positively for days afterwards. Probably that's why Miami has long been known as “The Magic City”. If you are at all sensitive to the more subtle things, the experience of standing at one of these vortexes, and letting the energy flow into you and through you, can be almost overwhelming.
