Seaside Apartment on the Amalfi Coast with Access to the Sea

Talk about gorgeous scenery! This villa apartment is located on the water’s edge of the Amalfi Coast between the village of Minori and the town of Amalfi and the views are just splendid. Walk to shops, restaurants and markets, as well as access to the sea from this Italian villa or take a bus to other fun towns like Ravello and Positano. A dream vacation is awaiting you and your family at this apartment on the Amalfi Coast, where there is a staircase from the house leading down 140 steps to the sea!
This apartment is located in a beautiful villa along the Amalfi Coast. It features a private garden and a large terrace furnished with a barbecue, table, and chairs as well as sun loungers. There are steps leading down to the water. It is recommended to NOT bring a car, as public transportation is easily available. Parking can be arranged at a nearby restaurant, but it is expensive. Please be aware that there is a staircase that leads down 30 steps from the main road to the entrance of the villa.
(200m2) Ground Floor: There is a living room with sofas, armchairs, a TV (local channels only), and fireplace. This room also opens to the terrace where there are views of the sea. A dining area has a table with chairs and the kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm) and the second and third bedrooms each have two single beds (90 cm). The single beds in one twin-bedded room can be joined by prior request but the single beds in the second twin-bedded room cannot be joined. The first bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower and the second bathroom has a sink, toilet, and tub with a handheld shower.
