Aloha and E Komo Mai. We're from Calgary, Alberta Canada and fell in love with Maui 6 years ago when we first visited. We knew we had to have our little piece of paradise so we purchased this unit in Kalama Terrace. We love the Hawaiian culture, the laid back attitude of Maui and the beauty found all over the island. A great location , close to beaches , restaurants , Foodland & souvenir shopping . This condo is exactly as the pictures indicate , has been newly renovated & decorated with top of the line material & appliances & is equipped with everything you need . The pool area , bbq's & grounds are maintained & kept clean on a daily basis. Cynthia , the owner is extremely friendly , easy to communicate with & answers any question very promptly . Yes , we are returning !

This condo is AWESOME! The location is great, the price is affordable, and it's super clean. I was surprised that I paid such low price for such a nice place. The condo is tastefully decorated and has everything you need and more. Cynthia is a pleasure to deal with and replies promptly. You really cannot ask for a better accommodation in Kihei.

We loved this gem of a condo, it made our vacation!! All the little things...natural cleaning products, beautiful gift basket upon arrival, great stove-top and quality cook-ware. There is nice air flow throughout the unit, we didn't need to use the air conditoning. Until we can buy a place on beautiful Maui...this is without a doubt the condo we will be booking!! Kudos to Cynthia the owner, for being so nice and easy to communicate with.

The condo was exactly as shown , half a block to the beach and accessible to everything you need . Condo and grounds were clean as well as equipped with everything you need . I would recommend to anybody i know. Try the Cafe O'lei great food reasonable prices (get reservations ). Owners were more than helpful with anything before, during and after. We will be back !!!

This place was just perfect! Perfect location, close to all attractions, beaches, shopping etc. Clean, beautiful view and had everything you need for your stay even beach toys for the kids:) Owners very helpful and proactive in responding to our inquires. We are very happy that we found this unit. The condition of the unit and list of amenities are true to the descriptions. The pictures are accurate as well. Everything still smells new! Our great experience started before we even arrived in Kihei. Through email correspondence, we were given all the details of our stay. From how to gain entry into the unit, to wi-fi instructions (our son LOVED that there was wi-fi so he could stream netflix on his itouch), to how to find the unit and where to park. Email attachments included a map of the condo complex and the general Kihei area. All very exciting (and reassuring) when preparing for a trip. It was great to have a well-equipped kitchen. Our son is not used to eating out for every meal so having a kitchen was important to us. We were able to enjoy home-cooked breakfasts out on the lanai, we made sandwiches to take with us for a lunch on the go (cooler provided to keep them fresh), and we had two dinners at "home" as well (chili one night, ribs another). We didn't want for any utensils or cooking supplies to make these meals. We utilized the laundry facilities which was clean and not very busy. There really is laundry detergent in the unit as well as a laundry basket. AWESOME! We did have a few minor issues that were quickly addressed by the owners so rest assured that even though they reside in Canada, they can still take care of business. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and family. We didn't do much in the way of activities in the Kihei area, but we did eat at Da Kitchen located at the Kamaole Shopping Center. The teriyaki burger is delicious and big enough for two people to share if you get fries with it.

During our first stay in Maui, we stayed in South Kihei, in this Kalama Terrace Condo. We were extremely satisfied and it was a pleasure to stay there. The entire condo is newly renovated and is really nice and with modern decor. The kitchen is very well equipped and offers plenty of space. The bed was comfortable and you can use the couch as a foldout bed. The Unit is set up with beach towels, beach mats, umbrella, boogie board, picnic cooler etc. The grounds, pool area and condo itself were clean and tidy. Everything was in really good shape and the unit was exactly as the pictures showed. The building is located in South Kihei just a short distance away from CharleyYoung Beach and the Kamaole Beach Parks. It is conveniently located to the shopping centre, many restaurants and nightspots (about 5- 10 minutes’ walk). If you like to go surfing, there is a surfing school just a short walk away from the building and shops where you can also rent bikes, snorkelling equipment and etc. The owner of the condo couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. We were treated well and felt very welcome. It’s truly a great place to stay and a very reasonable price. We hope to return to this unit someday.
