  Perfect location if you plan on walking to bars and restaurants. It's only two blocks from a bunch of stores and restaurants. House is spacious and was prefect for a group of girls. Make sure you bring your own paper towels and tissues.

  Owner response: I am glad you enjoyed your stay! I am sorry we were out of paper towels and tissues but if was made aware they would have been restocked within hours. I have now worked out a system to overstock each unit and also have backup in storage lockers in the complex so this will not be a problem in the future.

  This condo was beyond my expectations ! The pictures are great and there's more to it than that. Two balconies, walk in closets, big bathrooms and comfortable beds. The blinds make it great for blocking out the sun if you want to sleep in. the two doors really keep the noise in (not that I and my group were so noisy) we played with the noise on our Ipod and the speakers to make sure we werent disturbing anyone and the condo really holds any noise inside ! the gated complex it is in is great so you don;t have random people getting in, there's plants and and a pool to lounge at by. The kitchen has everything you need although it can use a few more pans for cooking on the stove when making breakfast for everyone. the location is so convenient to 6th Street and Congress Avenue, everything is in walking distance and you don't hear the noise from the bars. Overall I was so happy with this condo I wanted to copy it and bring it with me to NYC ! The only other thing I would add is maybe a patio set for the balcony ? There's chairs you can bring outside but a table would be helpful to set some afternoon drinks on ;)

  Overall - the place is exactly as listed, only they don't tell you that right across the street there's smoothie/breakfast place that is fantastic, and a block over is a Starbucks, which made our late night out on 6th Street not so bad the next morning. Can't say enough about the great location to night life, Congress Pkwy bats, and even walking distance to Zilker Park. We had 2 couples and a single tag-along with us (5 people total), so we didn't need all of the rooms, but had we stayed in a downtown hotel, we would have paid double what we did, and not had as much space - so value was fantastic. Only complaint I had was some minor maintenance issues while we were there - but the communication from the owner was fantastic, so we're positive the next renter won't have those problems. He even returned my call within minutes when we couldn't figure out how to enter the main building (problem wasn't them - it was us not reading directions :) ). One word of caution is that although it's on the 3rd floor and off the street, you are in a downtown location, so there is a lot of street noise that comes with staying downtown. There happened to be construction going on as well - which made it louder than normal, but again - it's downtown living, and I'd personally choose the location above the rest.

  We came for a bachelorette party weekend and the location was absolutely incredible. the place does appear bigger and nicer in the photos than it was in real life, but it was still perfect for our group and we were mostly out and about anyway. i would certainly recommend it for anyone looking for a similar style weekend in austin with an incredible central location.

  I was visiting Austin for a girls weekend, and this condo was perfect for the 6 of us! Plenty of space, great bedrooms, and walking distance to everything. We were only 2 blocks from 6th Street, grocery stores, and Long Park Trail. The condo is also really close to Rainy Street. Great place!

  Great location and clean place. I'd recommend. Just bring your own soap!

  We had an amazing few days at this property. The condo was in an excellent location for our visit to SXSW this year and was very clean and well-maintained. The property owner was a pleasure to work with, making our stay that much more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this to a friend! Hope to visit again in the future!

  Our stay was great! Super clean, ultimate downtown loft, great kitchen, open space for gatherings. The beds were comfortable with nice pillows (very important). Kitchen had all the items that were needed for cooking and the full size washer and drier were great. Easy access to the secure parking made the trip easy. We will be back.....

  We celebrated our son's birthday in Austin and with 6 people we wanted a condo but in the downtown location.. They are very hard to find. This one worked out great for us. Only problem was the city empties the construction trash bends around 4:00AM on Saturday morning and it was VERY loud. Be sure the check the bathroom situation before booking. It has 3 bedrooms downstairs with only 2 bathrooms. The upstairs has only a shower but no toilet. Also the shower is in the bedroom... We were all family so it worked but would have preferred a full bathroom for each bedroom. I guess I did not read the description closely.

  Owner response: I am glad you enjoyed your stay! I am not sure what the noise was that you heard but the city doesn't collect trash that early in the morning but I apologize that you were disturbed. Just to clarify, there are two full bathrooms and a shower in this unit i.e. two commodes.
