Visit us for Snowmobile and Ski Season in the heart of Vermont's Northeast Kingdom. Situated on 30 acres with easy access to VAST Trails, this well-maintained three bedroom home is a perfect base camp for adventure of relaxation for groups large and small.

VAST Snowmobile trails are accessible nearby. Extensive ATV trails covering 30 acres of family owned property on site. Hiking, fishing and water sports are available at Lake Willoughby just 10 minutes South and Lake Memphremagog 15 minutes to the north. Jay Peak to the north and Burke mountain to the south are both 35 minutes away. With the Canadian border 12 miles away, downtown Montreal is just a two hour drive.

Better yet throw some horseshoes - fire up the grill relax and enjoy the views of Jay Peak from the back deck.

The local trading post is located within one mile for extra convenience. We have all the modern appliances you need including a washer and dryer and a full kitchen. Satellite TV, VCR and numerous games and toys for the children. Groups large and small are welcome. Don't forget the dog.

Bed Set-up: two queens, one full with twin bunk, one sleeper sofa, one sofa.
