The villa is in the perfect location to provide a tranquil haven to return to after a hectic day at one of the many attractions Florida has to offer. It is just minutes from US Highway 192 and Highway 27 where there are a variety of restaurants, shops and golf courses close by. The community facilities include a large communal swimming pool with changing rooms, cabana, toddlers play area and a gazebo by the main lake. The villa is a luxury four bedroomed, single storey, fully air conditioned property.It is furnished to a high standard in typical Floridian style, with many executive features. The private, South facing, screened pool has internal lighting, and overlooks a natural lake. Sun recliners and luxury patio furniture are situated around the pool. The pool is larger than average and has electric heating if required in the cooler winter months. (Extra charge does apply for pool heating). There is also a covered outside Lanai which is cooled by a ceiling fan.A gas BBQ is also available for your use.The view over the lake provides a very tranquil setting. It is the perfect place to cool off after a long hot day.Relax and watch the heron fishing and eagles flying overhead. Occasionally you may see turtles and otters in the bass filled lake. The property is fully maintained by a local management company, who are always available to assist you during your stay.Living Area Open plan living area is complete with LCD cable television, DVD player, Stereo CD player and FM radio.The room is also fitted with a ceiling fan.A selection of games and books are provided for guest use. Dining Area There is a pleasant dining area adjoining the open plan kitchen. Patio doors lead directly onto the pool deck from both the living and dining areas.
