Year Purchased: 2001
About the owner: We are the Peacock family and we fell in love with the Highway 30-A area 20 years ago.
Why the Owner Chose Old Florida Beach:
There is no other neighborhood quite like Old Florida Beach. We purchased our home knowing that this was the perfect vacation location to raise our 8 year old son.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Old Florida Beach is one of the best neighborhoods for families with young children. The summer months always have plenty of children riding bikes and scooters well into the evening!
