Evergreen Manor in Penticton
Evergreen Manor in Penticton
My husband and I had a wonderful one-month holiday in the Okanagan staying in the beautiful vacation suite at Evergreen Manor. Our hosts greeted us warmly upon arrival and we were delighted to find the suite bright, tastefully decorated and equipped with all the comforts of home. The hot tub was ready to go and there were numerous little outdoor nooks set up with tables and chairs to enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Okanagan and the many woodland trails nearby. We recommend this wonderful retreat highly! Hope you get a chance to enjoy it, too!

Happy to Be There!
My husband and I were happy to be one of the first people to enjoy this wonderful suite in the forest. Richard and Tina were wonderful hosts! They took time to tell us all about Penticton and happy to give us directions and even drive us to see our family in town! We enjoyed their lovely cocker, Max, and loved the hot tub! The suite was very comfortable and private and we enjoyed many sunsets on the patio overlooking the lake..Thanks again, guys! We would highly recommend you to anyone wanting a place away from it all in lovely Penticton! See you soon!!! J & E, Vancouver, B.C.

About the owner: Tina owns and operates a child care center and preschool in Penticton. Richard has been involved in sales work for many years and has just taken a break to pursue completing our vacation home.
Why the Owner Chose Penticton:
Both Richard and I are originally from Vancouver. As children and teens we camped in this area and loved it. Both of us were drawn to the beauty of the Okanagan and Skaha Lakes and loved the long, warm summers. We both ventured here later and actually met in the Okanagan. Richard was living in Cawston and I was in Penticton then. Since being together we spent time in Oliver and Peachland and have finally settled together in Penticton.
The Unique Benefits at this Chateau / Country House:
After living in smaller towns such as Oliver and Peachland we weren't ready for the larger city of Penticton but enjoyed all the amenties it had to offer. Then we found our haven in the hills overlooking Penticton and Okanagan Lake. We feel in love with the quiet and natural setting of our home. We feel like we are in the country, yet we are within the city limits and I love that it only takes me 5 minutes to drive to work and downtown! We enjoy many walks in the forested area around us and love watching the birds and wildlife. Yes, this is truly...home, sweet, home.
