Had a wonderful time and relaxed at this tranquil property. The fishing was good and loved the bond fires at night. The house is very clean. My only complaint would be this. We had a couple of days of bad weather and were kind of stuck in the house and the description of having cable is questionable. It would have been nice to turn on espn. Other than that the place is wonderful and that is why I am giving it an excellent rating.

This IS a PERFECT Lakefront Luxury home!!!
This IS a PERFECT Lakefront Luxury home!!!
We stayed at this lovely lake front home for a week over the 4th of July. It was so nice to be on a quiet, no-wake lake for the holiday! No boat traffic or jet-skis! Just the beauty of the lake with the deer meandering nearby. There is an all-sports lake in the community if you like that, too. The home is perfect for a large family. It is very spacious. If you count the loft (which has it's own door for privacy) you actually have 4 separate sleeping areas. I would suppose that the playroom could very easily handle a few sleeping bags, too! I think that one of the couches was even a pull-out. And with 3 lovely and large bathrooms...you can't beat it! Having a washer and dryer on site was wonderful! We enjoyed the huge TV on the lower level and put together a puzzle on the high table down there. The deck that faces the lake...a perfect spot for sipping your morning coffee! The home was very clean and well-appointed! You felt really private there in the deeply wooded area. The fire pit by the lake with chairs was a perfect way to end the day. We enjoyed the use of the bikes, inflatable kayaks, paddle boat, and the row boat. Our 16 month old granddaughter enjoyed the little beach area and even went into the water off the dock. (not the best for swimming), but the rental allows you the use of the community's indoor & outdoor pools, and the many beach areas...and we took advantage of all of that! (small fee for the pools) Fishing was pretty good, too! The surrounding area is beautiful and very wooded. If you're into golfing...THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!! The courses were beautifully maintained. We saw many deer, geese, a wild turkey, and a loon. We are very blessed to have been able to stay at this home, and many wonderful memories were made here!

This home is gorgeous inside and accommodated our family perfectly. My husband and I took the main floor bedroom and my daughter's family had the downstairs (which is gorgeous) and our son's family had the upstairs, giving everyone their own space. Very quiet property. Everyone enjoyed the deer, wild turkeys and birds. Loved the bikes that went with the home along with the paddle and row boat. the price is right for a very peaceful vacation.

Great Fourth of July Stay
I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed the lake house (mosquitos excepted). I could not believe the amount of wild turkey - they were pretty much everywhere. Kylie almost hit one while riding a bike - had to laugh at that one. All of the information left at the house was very helpful.

Our family just returned from a very relaxing week at this property. This property is very tastfully decorated and has plenty of space. The community is beautiful and we enjoyed everything it had to offer: biking, fishing, tennis, swimming, boating, etc. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for some quality "down" time and great family fun!! Thanks, Mary, I enjoyed working with you.

My family (spouse and two young children 1 and 5 yrs old) rented this home for a week and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The home is beautiful, the lake is peaceful, the community is great, and the owners were a pleasure to deal with. We enjoyed boating, fishing, biking, swimming (the lake is not very swim worthy past the first few feet of shore, but fun to boat on, and the kids enjoyed plenty of swimming in the well kept pool down the street from the house) and smores by the campfire at night. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a low key fun getaway.
