We are conveniently located on 6-1/2 miles from Glacier Park International Airport so only 10 minutes away. 31 miles or 40 minutes to West Glacier. 4 miles or less than 10 minutes to the Costco, Lowes, Sportsman and the movies.

Hi Jennifer, Thank you for renting the condo to us. Your hospitality in ensuring that we were looked after with all the extra soaps, shampoos, and coffee (yum) was much appreciated. We found that the condo was well stocked with everything that was needed and more. The condo was clean and modern which is a real bonus. The only thing was the bed linen seemed really worn. Cancellation policy:
The property is located at 161 Bando Lane, #201 Kalispell, Montana 59901 1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3 P.M. EST AND CHECK OUT IS 11 A.M. EST. NO Early Check-ins. 2. This is a NON SMOKING unit. 3. Pets are no permitted in this unit. 4. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit of $200 is required. This must be received along with the final payment that is due within 30 days of your reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met. a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in refuse containers outside and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. d. All keys are left in the lock box and the unit is left locked. e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. f. No linens are lost or damaged. g. NO Early check-in or late check out. 5. PAYMENT – An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 60 days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Please make payments in the form of traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks payable to Glacier Management Inc. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due thirty (30) days before your arrival date. 6. CANCELLATIONS – A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty except if deposits were made via credit card. All credit card cancellations are subject to a 5% Cancellation fee or $50 whichever is greater. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. 7. MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS – Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in. 8. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to six (6) persons. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A TWO (2) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY; 4 nights during peak and holiday seasons. 9. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than two days, the guest will be charged the two-night rate. 10. INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate. 11. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit. 12. RATE CHANGES – Rates subject to change without notice. 13. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in. 14. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. 15. Parking – Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees and is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 16. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. About the owner: We chose Kalispell, Montana because it is a great community in which to live, work and play and to raise a family. Our area in the Flathead Valley offers phenomenal recreational opportunities all year round. And since we love the countryside, but still like the idea of a neighborhood, we chose this condo community tucked away off Hwy 2. Our condo will efficiently accommodate your family while conserving on square footage. We are inspired by the concept of an open floor plan, for visiting with friends and family.
Why the Owner Chose Kalispell:
This neighborhood is wonderful because it is just tucked away enough to be quiet and peaceful, yet it is very convenient to shopping and town activities. We wanted to be on a paved road and not have to deal with a yard and yet have the quiet setting. This location gave us all we were looking for and more.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
As business owners, we work in town and appreciate the benefits of being close to Kalispell. The people are friendly, the entertainment and arts scene is always interesting, and the dining options are plenty! You may prefer to dine in however, with our fully equipped kitchen which is open to the living area. This allows the cook to prepare a meal while enjoying the company of others.
We often frequent the local Farmer’s Markets and gather with friends to explore the great outdoors!
