Shangri-La is a beautiful waterfront custom home that is privately owned. It features a spacious floor plan, luxuriously furnished on two stories. The lower level has a gourmet kitchen that opens to the dining and living area with fireplace, wet bar and 1 bedroom with queen size bed and a half bath. The living area has spectacular views of Lake Travis through the numerous windows, and includes a home theater system with DLP wide screen. French doors open to a covered balcony overlooking the Lake.The upper level has 3 bedrooms, a loft, and 2 full bathrooms featuring a luxurious master suite with king size bed, fireplace and wet bar. The master suite has a spacious bathroom that includes a Jacuzzi tub, shower, his & her sinks, and extra large closets. The master suite also opens out to a private upper covered balcony. The second bedroom has a set of full sized bunk beds and a loft with two single beds, and it connects through a full bath to the third bedroom with a queen bed.At Lake Travis & Company we know that there is more than to finding the perfect property for your vacation but spending your precious time doing what you came to do- RELAX!
