Los Nómadas, a 24–hour security residential, is surrounded by an idyllic palm grove bordering a stretch of serene beaches extending far beyond Las Terrenas, on the north coast of the Samaná peninsula in the Dominican Republic. Additional information about rental rates
PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE POWER. A deposit of $100 per week will be asked for on arrival, in addition to the damage deposit. On completion of stay, power will be charged or refunded according to meter readings.
Weekends are Friday to Sunday (2 nights). Weekends only up for reservation 3 weeks prior to arrival date.
50% deposit is required to make a reservation.
Full payment is required a month before arrival.
Damage deposit ($500) is fully refundable at departure. Villa must be in excellent condition.
Damage deposit will be handed cash on arrival or sent with payment a month before arrival.

The house rents with three bedrooms. Check rates above.

High season: + 150 us$/ night
The Bungalow (guest house) WILL NEVER be rented to other parties. You will have the house to yourself regardless.
