My family of five spent four nights here in November 2013 and could not have been happier. The condo is exactly as described - very spacious and very clean - and the owners were accessible and responsive. Our three kids loved the pool, which we had entirely to ourselves. The gated community is directly across the street from Seven Seas beach, where we snorkled and hiked through the mangroves to Playa de Colora, which was spectacular. The condo is perfectly situated for day trips to the rain forest (we'd recommend a tour with Natural Wonders), biobays, and ferries to off-shore islands. The condo is on a real-life street in a real-life town. While this may not be for everyone, we left feeling like we had experienced Puerto Rican culture far moreso than we would have if we'd been at a walled-off resort. Everyone we met was extremely friendly. We made many of our own meals, but we did have a delicious dinner at La Estacion, which should not be missed. It was a relaxing, fun and entertaining vacation. I couldn't have asked for more and would recommend it wholeheartedly.

Wonderful Vacation Home!
Wonderful Vacation Home!
We agree with the reviews! Our family of 5 had a wonderful time. We arrived the week school started, so we had the pool to ourselves much of the time; and the beach was not busy at all except for on the weekend. The condo was just like the pictures: spacious, beautiful décor, and all the things you need for cooking, washing clothes, etc.. The owners were very responsive, in making arrangements beforehand, upon arrival, and after we returned. Several restaurants in the area had wonderful island food. We would highly recommend this home!

BEST PLACE YOU CAN FIND
BEST PLACE YOU CAN FIND
I got home last night and I am writing a review this morning. That should tell you how much we enjoyed this place! I found this place for my family vacation and we were so pleased with it! There were 8 of us staying here and the youngest is 15 so no small little kids but we felt like we had plenty of room the whole trip. They were so easy about arranging how to meet up to give us the keys and when we got there, we were so happy. The place looks SO new and SO clean when you walk in, and there is nothing that was deceptive. The pictures on this site look good, but in person, it was all WAY better. The condo is fully equipt with anything you might possibly need! Even a blender and food processor, grill, towels for beach and shower, beach chairs, pool noodles, coolers, hats and beach bags, water shoes, snorkels and you name it. I am not really the type to write a review, but I want anyone who is looking for a place in Puerto Rico to understand how ideal this place was. The beaches around are so beautiful and not touristic and there is a wal mar, grocery store, and a bunch of food places within a few miles. If you stay here, you will be so happy you did!

I am not much of a writer, so, all I can say is that I would give the place a 10 if I could grade it that high and I agree with all the other positive reviews that have been given.

Patricia was very pleasant to deal with and made the payment and reservation process easy. Upon arriving in Puerto Rico, William, her Dad, met us at the car rental office at which time he gave us the keys to the condo, the remote to open the gate to the parking lot and directions. William was completely helpful and friendly and was always available to answer any questions we had. He made us feel comfortable and welcomed right off the bat. Upon arriving at the Condo we were all in awe. This was the perfect place for my family of six. The condo was spacious, clean, modern bathrooms and kitchen, and the bedrooms were big – especially the Master bedroom with its own nice size bathroom. Although we were not looking to cook big meals, the kitchen was fully-equipped with everything to do so. We did make breakfast and to my surprise found salt and pepper in the cabinets for my eggs (something I forgot to pick up at the supermarket). Stores are all a short drive away – from local bakeries, where I picked up the all-so-delicious pan sobao (nice and hot – just out the oven), to fast food chains and local Spanish restaurants. We did the RainForest which was very close as well as Luquillo, which was under a half hour away. We enjoyed the swimming pool. The pool, although somewhat small was sufficient and very well maintained. The Seven Seas beach is right across the street. We had a great time there. We even managed to play volleyball in the grass area adjacent to the sand. Everything about the Palma Vista Condo felt warm. I felt a sense of peace and would definitely come back again. Ivan

My husband and I spend the week there with our 20mo. old son and my parents. The condo was perfect for us all. There was plenty of space, it was very clean and well-stocked, and the access to the pool and playground was great. At times, road traffic and neighbors could be a bit loud. As for the area, the proximity to the beach was ideal, but we were wishing for more restaurants, fruit stands, shops, and cafes to be within walking distance.

We had such a fantastic time at the Lopez family condo!!! Not only would I recommend it to anyone staying in the area, we are already planning our next trip to Puerto Rico! First off Patricia was a pleasure to deal with. She worked with me on payments, which was greatly appreciated. Once we arrived at SJU, her father, William (who was delightful) met us at the car rental place to give us keys, a map, and directions. At the end of our trip, our deposit was refunded the day after we checked out, which was great! The condo- the pictures do not do it justice. It is spacious, very clean and has a loving homey feel. The beds were comfortable and we had no problem calling this place home for the week. The kitchen had the basics, but once we found all the great restaurants in the area, the kitchen was mostly used for drink making. There was a great supermarket right in town if you were looking to cook your own meals. The only negative I have is the small dogs in some of the surrounding condos, but really, if thats the worst thing about the stay, life is good. Although the ocean is right across the street, we used the pool every day. The beach got crowded on the weekends, and it was a little bit of a trek to find a spot with the clear pristine waters we became accustomed to on our trip. THe location is fantastic! El Yunque was only about half an hour away. WE took a bio-bay trip was was only three minutes down 987. If you do go on a Bio bay trip in fajardo,. try the Pina Coladas at the Pincho stand. Hands down, best we had on the island. Luquillo kiosks were a great night time venture for a fantastic dinner at a peruvian restaurant and drinks at a couple bars. The ferry to Culebra is only about 10 min from the condo, and that day of the beach was something I cannot recommend enough. Truly the most beautiful beach I have ever been to. Just know that tickets do sell out early so buy a head of time if possible. I cannot say enough great things about the trip the ladies and I had. You will not be disappointed.

Great vacation, perfect relaxing days
Great vacation, perfect relaxing days
We have enjoyed a lot our vacation in this wonderful apartment. It is located in a safe, gated community, only a two minute walk away from Seven Seas Beach. It is also in the sorroundings of Fajardo, so that you have a very big mall only a couple of miles away or you can take the ferry to the islands of Culebra and Vieques. You have also many restaurants in the area that you can go to. The apartment is very spacious, extremely clean and well furnished. It really has everything you need! The rooms are big and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the stuff you need. The best part of the apartment is the large balcony from which you can see the ocean and enjoy the beautiful view. There is also a nice pool area in the gated community which was very clean and well maintained. We recommend this condo for all people who want to enjoy the beach, the nature but also shopping malls and city life.

This condo by far exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed - comfortable beds, high end linens, dishes, etc. There were even a few toiletries (shampoo, etc.) to hold us over until we could get to the store. It is very spacious - more than enough room for our family of 4. Location is directly across the street from Seven Seas Beach, which was very convenient. Recommend taking the path to Governors Beach - path is flooded but keep going and you will be rewarded with an empty, pristine beach. Kids also enjoyed the pool and play area. The owners were very helpful and accommodating.

Very Relaxing Week
Very Relaxing Week
The villa was extremely clean and well furnished. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and listening to the ocean and enjoying the warm breeze. It was perfect for our group of six as it pertains to cooking, having meals, and just hanging out. The villa had a good selection of appliances, but we would have welcomed a larger coffee pot than the 4 cups unit in place. We only used the pool area once, but it was clean and well maintained. Seven Seas beach was across the street, and a great gateway to the 2 secluded beaches. The location of the villa was also very conventient to the Cabezas Reserve, snorkeling and the Bio Bay. We had barking dogs behind the villa for several nights, but we solved that by closing the windows. Overall it was a very relaxing week and we would definitely recommend the unit.

Why the Owner Chose Fajardo:
This ample apartment is a special place that we acquired to enjoy with family and friends. We relax and disconnect ourselves from work and the big city life. Even thou you have everything close by (stores, supermarket, etc.) it is like being in another place. The 7 Seas area in Fajardo is well know for its lovely beaches and the Natural Reserve of Las Cabezas with the bioluminicent bay.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment:
It is a relaxing place with the most beautiful beaches and I enjoy the ocean view from the apartment. We just walk about 200 meters and my feet can feel the sand and then the warm blue water. The complex is small, neighbors are nice, and it’s really in front of the beach. The town is small and the people are very friendly . We have a lot of activities and restaurants within walking distance.
