The top of the line amenities this home boasts are extensive. Granite tops envelope the kitchen with a crisp aesthetic. The cool modern stainless steel appliances exude efficiency. The living room has ultra-mod decor complemented by a 50 inch Sharp Aquos plasma and Bose home theater. In the foyer you’re greeted by and extra comfortable Tommy Bahamas white sofa. You will discover the three bedrooms in second floor. All three bedrooms have brand new air conditioned split units. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a Jacuzzi and 42 inch plasma with satellite TV and internet access throughout the house, we have wifi! The other bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. Bathrooms also have granite tops.
The Back Yard is enormous plus the Cerro Gordo nature reserve is right on the property line of this home. You can access all the mountain bike trails through side of the back yard. When you’re done fishing or biking through the trails you can create a feast on a Real Argentine Brasa. The owners had this BBQ pit imported from the Las pampas region in Argentina famous for their cattle. There is even a billiards table.
24 hours surveillance is by provided by the state of the art security system which is equipped with over ten Cameras, all visible from both televisions. The alarm system is prepared to respond to any emergency.
The beaches
You can reach the Cerro Gordo beach by car in less than 3 minutes. This beach is run by the government so you have bathroom facilities, parking, lifeguards, and campgrounds. Also, about a block way there is neighborhood beach you can reach walking. This beach is wild no lifeguards or facilities but it the benefits are you won’t see as many people.
