Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a perfect Apartment for a family vacation. The location was absolutely perfect. Within a 10 minute walk to the Space Needle and Pikes Market. The surrounding restaurants (La Fontana and The Fish Cake Factory) were fantastic. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean and efficient, as usual. This rental has a large Master Bedroom. There is no dining table, but a counter with 2 chairs. Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property manager Erika was so helpful! She helped to arrange many fun things and made great suggestions! She even arranged a personal chef to come and cook a 7 course French meal for us, right at the condom! The chefs name is Maureen, or Mo. The Belltown penthouse has the most perfect central location. We did a girls weekend, with a tea party at the Fairmont, saw the glass sculptures, had massages and ate and drank our way through Seattle. Loved it!! Manager responded on 1/30/2013: Hello Shelley! Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a short family vacation in January and loved staying at this condo. The view of the Space Needle was great! The location couldn't have been better....we enjoyed walking to most destinations in Seattle. (We highly recommend Chihuly Garden and Glass near the Space Needle!) It was great having restaurants located on the ground floor of the building...you didn't have to leave the building to get to the restaurants which was nice in the cold weather! Erika and the property management company were very quick to respond to emails and were very easy to deal with. They responded very quickly to an unknown fire drill in the building. Parking in the building was a plus. The only thing is that it would be nice to have more living room seating, but this was stated in other reviews so we knew what the condo had to offer. Overall, we would use this property management company again and hope we can visit Seattle again! Manager responded on 4/16/2013: Thank you for your review of the condo and our services! The upstairs bedroom with attached terrace is like a small studio apartment, very private and separate. The neighborhood is bustling and fun! The management company was great to deal with! Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was adequately helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed in Sea to Sky rentals 3 or 4 times. Always clean, neat, tidy and in great locations. This unit sleeps six, but there are not enough chairs to seat six in the living room, which has only one couch. There are two uncomfortable bar stools and one chair at the upstairs desk. There were 2 deck chairs and one lounge chair on the deck. One of the chairs was ripped and not usable, which left two seats for six folks. It would be nice to have termostat directions as we couldn't figure out how to adjust the heat. The staff interaction has been average - not great and not bad, but I'm sure we will stay with Sea to Sky in the future. Manager responded on 9/24/2012: Hello Roxanne! The amenities are fabulous -- 24 hour gym, decks with BBQs. And wonderful restaurants are within easy walking distance. The layout is a bit odd, and don't book if stairs are an issue for you. The common area deck across the hall was great as the weather was such that we could use it everyday. The outdoor deck from the master bedroom was very private. The living area would be a little small for more than 2 people if the weather was such that you could not be outside. May restaurants were within walking distance. My kids had a blast and it was a great setup for the family with a 16 year old, 5 year old, and 1 year old. Staff was very helpful with getting checked in and helping with our direct tv issue. Only concern is that the floors looked clean but with a baby, we noticed his feet and our white socks were filthy dirty after walking around on floor. Manager responded on 7/31/2012: Hello Abby! But it was also a fun alternative and made us feel a little less like tourists (even though that's what we were!). The apartment was very comfortable and clean. There was not a lot of seating for four adults. Swimming pool was clean and well maintained. We got a city pass and most of the attractions were in walking distance, except the museum of flight and the zoo (bus ride). City noise was minimal, but there was construction across the street during normal business hours while we were visiting in April. Lots of good restaurants close to the apartment. The view of the Space Needle is wonderful. The appliances are cheap and the dishwasher is very noisy. SEA to SKY staff were helpful.

Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Family get together went smoothly in this two level penthouse condo. With all of the great restaurant options within walking distance we did not use the well equipped kitchen except for snacks. We opted for no car for this vacation and were pleasantly surprised to find the downtown area a fare-free zone from our condo location to most of the central Seattle destinations. The property manager was most accommodating in responding to a couple of minor difficulties.

The management company is also remarkable - they are professional, understanding, and very accomodating to their clients needs. This is a very comfortable unit in a well situated location. The beds were very comfortable and the entire visit was outstanding. The managers were the best we have ever dealt with.

Recommended for: Age 55+

I would rent a place through Sea to Sky again anytime (they were very nice and accommodating), and I loved the Belltown Court building and location. I highly recommend it!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in the Belltown Court Penthouse very much. There was plenty of room for our group of 5, but if someone is going to sleep on the sofabed in the living room I would suggest some earplugs because there is some street noise. Both bedrooms were very quiet though. The location is perfect, a short walk to both the Pike Place Market and the Seattle Center. The Macrina Bakery just around the corner is amazing, a goodie from the bakery and some fruit from the market was the perfect breakfast. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Seattle.
