Welcome to the beach! This unit is located in an oceanfront condominium complex with a community swimming pool and a hot tub located in the courtyard area. The complex also contains 2 gas grills adjacent to the building.
The unit has received many upgrades for the 2012 season including new 32' LCD TV's in all bedrooms, a 46' LED LCD in the living room, new carpet and furniture for the screened in porch overlooking the beach. Other upgrades include new cookware, flatware, stoneware, and glasses, for cooking and dining in.
Bedding is : 1 Queen in master, 1 Queen in BR 2, BR 3 has 2 twins and 1 full (pyramid bunk style). Ceiling fans are in all bedrooms.

Travelling with 2 other guys for a golf getaway made the hotel option too expensive; so happy I found VRBO. This place was very roomy and right on the beach, although in February it didn't really matter. Would definitely look at staying here again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

I've enjoyed two beach get-aways in this privately owned condo in family-friendly Crescent Beach. This unit is well-equipped and has recently been updated with new paint, carpet, as well as updated den and porch furnishings. The new flat screen TVs and the close proximity to the beach make for great relaxation whether inside or out. Seascape is a quiet and well-kept community with an oceanfront pool and a relaxing private hot tub. I look forward to returning in the future.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Great place to stay. Very comfortable and convenient with easy access to the beach. Also provided easy access to parking lot via the elevator for unloading. The pool and hot tub are nice amenities without having to worry about crowds. Look forward to returning.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I had a "girls' trip" and spent Labor Day week-end there last year. We had a fantastic time! There's plenty of room for everyone to lounge comfortably in the living room; and it has a nice view of the beach from the balcony.It has a well-equipped kitchen. Parking is convenient (some covered parking) and elevator makes moving in a breeze! The pool is nice size and has a great view of the ocean while sunning! It was very clean and well-kept. Kudos to the owners for a great get-away at the beach! I will definitely return!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Me and my family stayed a week, and enjoyed every minute, The owner was very friendly, The condo was excellant, beautiful view of the ocean, condo was clean, neat, very organized, swimming pool, and jacuzzi was very relaxing, just a few seconds to the beach, with shower outside, elevator, and parking was a breeze, we will go again, if not this year, next , looking forward to it. I love to eat breakfast out on the screened in porch overlooking the ocean and hear the waves pounding into the sand. My wife and I also enjoy kayaking in the marsh areas that are within an easy drive of the unit.
