The home has been custom designed and furnished by the property owner to offer nothing but first class amenities throughout. The home has one king and 4 queen beds. The home is situated on 80' of southern exposed deepwater with direct and unlimited ocean access.
This 4 bedroom home has a heated pool is on deepwater and only a short walk to the ocean. BBQ and outdoor dining table overlooking the water. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. Updated kitchen and baths and modern furnishings.

We had a wonderfull and memorable christmas time at the Casa Bella. Everything was perfect!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My wife and I rented Casa Bella for the month of February 2012. The photographs of the house do not do it justice. The house is beautifully appointed and designed for comfort and easy living. The bedrooms are spacious and each has its own bathroom and flat screen TV. Both the living room (with large screen TV) and the dining area easily accommodate 10 adults. When our children and family members visited with us, we comfortably hosted a birthday party attended by 20 people. We have rented many houses over the years and this house does not have the look, appointment or feel of a rental – it is like staying in a friends’ beautiful home. The heated pool was a pleasure and the outside lounging areas and deck were great. We spent hours each day just reading and watching the boats sail the Intercoastal. All of the people at By the Sea Vacation Villas – Tiffany, Renata and Jason – were a pleasure to deal with and always responded promptly and helpfully to all of our requests for assistance or information. A small, but telling, example: We told Jason we were running low on propane for the outdoor grill. When my wife and I returned from dinner that evening, Jason was installing a new propane tank. I rented Casa Bella for a week for a 60th Birthday party and to watch the Hard Rock cafe Holiday Boat parade and WOW what a beatiful house and view. The house was clean and plentify of towels and linens for each bedroom and bathroom. The open dinning/den room was perfect for a birthday party and to watch the boat parade the view could have not been any more perfect. The heated outdoor pool and seperate outside bathroom was great. Everyday I would enjoy my coffee by the pool and watch the boats go by, I could not ask for better view then that. I felt very safe in the neighborhood I would walk and look at all the other georgous homes in the neighborhood. It is a short walk and drive to several restaurants and stores such as McDonald's, Aruba, Ocean 101 and Greek Island. I could not ask for a better location. When I was planing this trip I called Renata Rocha at Vacation Villas and informed her that we wanted to rent a house for a birthday party and holdiay light parade Renata suggested to rent Casa Bella and she was correct, she was very helpful in finding the perfect house and view also Tiffany and Jason also help make may stay perfect. I would recommend Casa Bella and Vacation Villas to anyone you cannot go wrong.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
