If you are looking for an oceanfront stay in one of the best locations on Carolina Beach with the best possible ocean views then look no further. This is the address for our TOP FLOOR (3rd), END UNIT, closest condo to the ocean in the Carolina area.
This prefered condominium will sleep up to 4 people and is perfect for a romantic get-away or a small family. The gorgeous wide beach with life guard station right out front. The view from the living room and deck to the Atlantic Ocean and miles of beach is completely unobstructed and breathtaking...the sunrises are AWESOME!
NOTE: IF YOU MUST HAVE POOL WITH YOUR UNIT, THEN SEND US AN EMAIL. THIS IS ALSO A ONE BEDROOM CONDO COMPLETELY REDONE AND REFURNISHED.
There are just nine units in our building and our condo sits closest to the beach so panoramic views from our top floor deck are spectacular. There are no buildings or streets directly behind us so our building is very quiet. We are located one block south of the Marriot Resort and just two blocks from the boardwalk, downtown shops, the best restaurants on the beach, grocery stores, etc. It really is the perfect beach location.
Our condo has recently been redecorated, including fresh paint, flooring, and a compete new bathroom. The ocean view bedroom has a queen bed with down pillows and 400 thread count sheets as well as a color tv/vcr. There is a sleeper sofa with an air/coil mattress that can be adjusted to comfort in the living room and an alcove with one bed. The living room has sliding glass doors and there is a second window looking at the ocean facing south when you are seated at the table.
We have 2 cable TVs, stereo, DVD, and VCR. On our deck there are 2 elevated adirondack chairs with foot stools and matching table. There is also a storage closet at beach level where you will find beach chairs (2 lounge and 2 regular chairs), umbrellas, boogie boards, buckets and shovels etc. for your use and where you can store your beach stuff. Just bring your towels and swimsuits, we have everything else you might need.
There is so much to do at Carolina Beach. A fantastic new North Carolina Aquarium is at the south end of the island next to historic Fort Fisher. Daily programs include divers who swim with sharks and rays and a touching pond for the kids. Just north of our condo is the marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals. A fifteen minute drive takes you to the city of Wilmington. The historic riverfront downtown has brick streets, waterfront restaurants, loads of antique shops, horse-drawn carriage rides, and fantastic restaurants.
Across the river is the battleship North Carolina with daily tours. Of course, there is plenty to do right at Carolina Beach with festivals throughout the year, a movie theater, amusement park, and water slide on the island, as well as fishing piers and the boardwalk. A short walk out your door will bring you to a variety of Carolina Beach's best restaurants.

This was our first time to Carolina Beach and we just loved it! The Condo! Sean and Betsy's one bedroom condo is literally right on the beach. The VIEW is incredible because you are the closet property to the water and need to look behind you to see any of the other properties from the deck. We spent alot of our time on the deck reading, eating, and people watching. The end unit gives you such a nice view down the beach as well. Inside: The condo is clean and the decor is all beach! The condo is all updated and new. There is no need to worry about the condition of this place when renting on line! You will not be disappointed. Kitchen had everything we would need IF we decided to cook! (haha!) Being that we decided NOT to cook, we enjoyed all the restaurants from Wilmington to Carolina Beach. The ride into Wilmington took no time and we had fun exploring the town. We enjoyed nachos at Paddy's Hollow, ate cupcakes at the Hot Pink Cake Stand, ate Italian at Fat Tony's and had ice cream at Kilwin's. We also took the Henrietta River tour to see the port in Wilmington. I think we would need about 4 more trips to see everything! The location of this condo was nice because it was central to everything. We went one way to Wilmington, one way to Fort Fisher, one way to Wrightsville Beach, and out our door to enjoy Carolina Beach! The beach is large and clean and the waves AMAZING! The charm of this area is the ability to walk around. We walked the boardwalk and ate Britt's donuts and found a great bar for fish tacos and ate great Italian at Freddie's! We would recommend staying here! You will not be disappointed with the condo, the location, and this vacation area. Cannot wait to go back! Thanks Sean and Betsy!

Mike and Margie Alexander/Heather and Chris Smith-We spent Memorial Day week-end with our daughter and her hubby and had the most wonderful time here.The view is amazing and the weather was perfect!Ate lots of seafood the whole entire time and took a ferry ride to Southport.We would highly recommend and plan on returning next year.Be sure and go to Britt's,Squigley's and Fort Fisher!No need to pack anything but a swimsuit and some cash,the rest is provided and be sure and walk to the boardwalk and enjoy the free live music on Thurs. and Fri. and the fireworks!What a plus that was!Thanks,Sean and Betsy:-)

We stayed at at the Condo from April 28th through May 3, 2010. The views from the balcony are absolutely beautiful. It's great for people watching. The ocean is right in your back door. The Condo was clean and had all the amenities you need for a great vacation! If you are looking for a quiet and cozy place to spend your vacation then look no further. Just a note....the condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. This was not a problem for us, but some folks may not want to carry suitcases and bags up all the steps. You are very close to the boardwalk area and great restaurants. You must try Brit's donuts. They are amazing. Carolina Grill and Tiki Bar is a nice place to relax, get a bite to eat, and listen to a band. You are minutes from a Food Lion (grocery store) in case you choose to stay in and cook one evening. You are approximately 15 miles from Wilmington, NC, where you can find shopping and great restaurants, as well as family activities. All in all it was a great experience at Carolina Beach. We can't wait till next year....we'll definitely be back!

Had a great time at this condo this past week! The views are as good as advertised, and the balcony is a great place to watch the waves and sunrises. The location is ideal for the beach, as it's real close to the town "boardwalk". It's a real cozy place ideal for a couple looking for a relaxing retreat. Very happy customer here!

We really enjoyed this condo. The view is as depicted in the photos. The rise of a full moon and sunrise are absolutely spectacular. We also were able to see some dolphins moving along off shore. The beach is very nice. Recommended for couples. The building has no elevator, but is otherwise very nice.

What a wonderful condo! We stayed from June 2-9th and just loved Carolina Beach. This condo really had everything you needed from the umbrellas and beach chairs down to the kitchen utensils. Very clean and cozy and the view is just breathtaking from the balcony. I would return in a minute and recommend to anyone. The beach is just seconds away! Carolina Beach is very quaint, quiet and relaxing. We hated to leave! Southport was a fun day trip as well by way of ferry. Overall we had a great vacation, thank you for the rental-we would love to return.

I spent an entire month at the condo this past March/April. The reasonable price made this lenghth of a stay possible. I could not have been more pleased with the location (best on the beach) and the condition of the condo itself. The decor was well designed, upkeep impeccable and I wanted for nothing (the washer/dryer was a bonus). I was within walking distance to everything I needed except the post office. The weather made it necessary to use both the air conditioning and furnace with in a weeks span and both kept me very comfortable. I saw dolphins swimming by three times! During a high wind storm that lasted wind storm that lasted over 24 hours, the sway of the condo was unnerving, but a good story to share when I returned home! The final week I had two guests arrive and things got tight, but for three adults it can be done. The only reason I would not return would be the number of travelers was greater than three.

This was our first time to Carolina Beach and we think we had the BEST location on the island. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and strolling the beach every evening.
