About the owner: We personally own the property,care about the property and we try to manage in our and your best interest.We love animals ,but never in bad or on the furniture .Eventual damages caused by your pets would be owners responsibility. Linen is provided, kitchen is provide with cooking pats and pens ,silverware ,utensil all necessary to cook your breakfast or your favorite mill. We provide a clean,sanitary house and environment and we like to got back in a same broom clean condition.We provide no cleaning during tenancy,but if you need room service, can be don for additional charges. One queen bad, two twin beds and a convertible sofa, the quite surrounding area assure a good night slip and a complete relaxation. Available by week or month on a weary reasonable price. Security deposit and the cleaning fee is do at time of booking. Cancellations and no shows are subject to 50% forfeiture fee.Please no smoking in house.
