Come enjoy the Gulf Coast and stay in a clean, non-smoking, comfortable home while you’re here. This well-kept and maintained home has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, with additional bedding if necessary. Master suite with walk in closet with a master bath. Venice Beach is just 10 minutes away, Siesta Key the 2011 Nation's Best Beach winner is 25 minutes away. Go to dinner at “Sharky’s on the Pier” to eat and watch a sunset on the beach, go fishing at the fishing pier, golf at the Venice East Golf Club, play tennis at the town courts, walk along the quaint downtown streets of Venice, catch a show at the Little Venice Theatre, eat some Southern American barbeque at 'Snook Haven', canoe the Myakka River through the state park to the Gulf of Mexico, shop at the many locations on Route 41 which is just blocks away, or rent a boat and take it up the intra-coastal waterway. This is just a short list of what you can do while visiting this area. If you don’t want to do anything social you can hang at the house, watch TV with cable, lounge in the lanai and listen to the birds, sit at the bar in the screened in porch, swim in the pool, or go for a walk around the block in this friendly, but quiet neighborhood. This house has what you need to relax. Shading trees, pool, lanai, bar area, central air-conditioning, washer, dryer, and television with cable. Our Venice stay was great
Our Venice stay was great
The house and neighborhood were really pleasant. The listing description for the property was very accurate. The house and pool were clean and well maintained. I would recommend this rental to friends and relatives. With only 2 bedrooms it's best for 4 or less people but 6 can definitely be comfortable. We enjoyed the area a lot. We participated in GEO caching, and really enjoyed the food at the Sandtrap Bar & Grill and Robbie's Reef. Being in close proximity to I75 was really handy as we visited the Tampa area as well as the beaches at Captiva Island and Sanibel.

The home was a great place for two girls to get away from the cold of northern winters. Even though people say its the journey and not destination, we were happy to have arrived to our southbound destination. We enjoyed jogging through the neighborhood in the early morning, the close drives to the beaches with sharkteeth, and relaxing with beverages in the lanai. The local bars were fun for new scenery (Snook Haven for the country dancing and motorcyle weekends :). I would definately like to come back in the winter months. Probrably by plane to a local airport next-time :).

Vacation Rental Agreement 372 Gulf Breeze Blvd, Venice, FL This is a vacation rental agreement. Your signature on this agreement, or payment of money or taking possession of the property after receipt of the agreement, is evidence of your acceptance of the agreement and your intent to use this property for a vacation rental. Deposit Policy: We require a deposit to secure your requested dates. A cancellation of this policy forfeits the securement deposit. Any damages, repairs, or additional cleanings required will be taken from your $300 damage deposit. Deposits are returned 30 days after your departure date when the home is vacated and inspected. Payment Policy: We require full payment, including damage deposit, 30 days before your arrival date. Payment can be in the form of personal check, cashier check, money order, traveler checks, or completed online at the “Book it Now” link. (Check in 3:00p, Check out 10:00a) We have a no smoking policy inside the home and no more guests are allowed than stated on the Application unless provisions have been made for such. There is no maid service. The home will be cleaned and ready for your arrival. Keys will be available once you arrive and home will be opened for you. My Property Manager’s information will also be available inside the home. Please respect our natural resource. Excessive use of air conditioning and water will be assessed an additional cost and deducted from your deposit. Due to strict insurance restrictions, maximum number of people allowed in home is 6. If it is found that more than 6 people are in the home, you will be in breach of contract and you will forfeit your deposit and be asked to leave the home. Additionally, you are responsible for your children’s care and safety while in our home but specifically in and around the pool. I have read this agreement and understand the terms, conditions, and payment & cancellation policies stated therein. I affirm that I am 25 years or older and that information given in my application and payment forms is correct. I promise to pay for any damages to the house, yard or neighbor’s property caused by me or any member of my party. I further agree to pay replacement value for any items that are damaged or lost during my stay. I further understand that said rental properties are privately owned and the owners shall not be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or death of any guests or for any other losses.
