Walk down to the beach before breakfast... bring the family and invite your friends... this is Southern California living at it's best!
We are offering a special for available dates: August 21-29 $1850. May also rent during those dates with a 4 night minimum for $1000.
Winter rentals starting September 7 @ $3400 a month.
Large (est. 1550 sf.) townhouse is in a beach front development (no view of the ocean but sooooo close to walk down). We are located near Legoland, as well as within a short drive north to Disneyland, and south to SeaWorld and San Diego. Or you can stay right in Encinitas where you can surf, waterski, kayak, play tennis, or even just lay on the beach while the kids play.
Sleeping arrangements are: King in Master, Queen in Bedroom 2, Queen in Bedroom 3, pullout Twin, and a sleeping loft with a Double bed. There are two bathrooms, one with tub/shower and one with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. We are happy to provide information about the area's restaurants and our own favorite places for you to enjoy.
You won't be disappointed if you stay in our beach house! We will do our best to help you have an awesome time here.

We recently traveled to Encinitas for a family graduation and had the pleasure of staying here! Everything was just as promised in the description. We had plenty of room, so many amenities in the house! We had many a family get together while we were here. We were close to shopping, the beach and entertainment. Very family oriented. When we return, we would love to stay here again. Thank you so much for such an amazing place!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, age 55+.

Our family had a great stay in Encinitas. The property was awesome ... clean, roomy, functional. Tons of space. Great kitchen with everything you'll need. Just a three minute walk to the beach. Convient location. Easy access to all North County has to offer. Easy to recommend and we will definitely be back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had a wonderful stay in the condo in Encinitas. Deanne really took care of our family. There was more than enough room for 6 people traveling with 2 small children. Each room was wonderfully decorated with the beach theme. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk from the condo. The kitchen was stocked with any and all cooking utensils. The only complaint was the firm king size bed in the master bedroom; however, if you like a firm matress this is the bed for you. We loved it! Would definitly recommend this vacation rental to everyone!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Beautiful complex, so close to the beach! We loved it, we wanted a place away from the typical tourist spots and love Encinitas! Love the small town and beaches. Our stay was so relaxing, owners couldn't do enough for us! Very warm and friendly! Made us feel welcome immediately. From boogie boards to beach towels, we really appreciated it! Plenty of room, daughters loved the loft and their special spot! More than enough room for the six of us. Loved the cross breeze, opened windows and on the only warm day, the inside cooled in minutes. The complex is beautiful, never have to leave! Saw dolphins on our last night, excellent ending to a great stay! Thanks Again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Cancellation policy:
$500 is due at the time of booking and is nonrefundable. Final payment is due 21 days before arrival. If a last minute cancellation is unavoidable, owner will attempt to re-rent the unit at a reduced rate and refund the difference if a new renter can be located. The rental agreement will be created upon your request and payment, and will include the following: Please note that this is a non-smoking unit. Linens, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and all household necessities are included. No maid service is provided. You must agree to follow the basic rules of the development which includes: Trash must be placed in the approved receptacles provided for the unit, which is inside the storage area just south of the garage; parking is allowed only in designated spaces.

About the owner: We lived in SeaBluffe for seven years and love the beach life style. Encinitas has everything, but the funky shops and good restaurants are our favorite. Our freeway-close location is great for seeing the rest of the area.
