  Great location! Close to the beach and the bay. Walking distance to stores and Bay Village. The rooftop deck is an added bonus with magnificent sunrises and sunsets. Would recommend as a great family vacation home.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

  My family has rented down the shore for many years but this house by far is wonderful. It's clean, roomy and a good fit for our family. We have an autistic and challenged son and he had his own little area to spread out in while we spent much of our time up on the top deck enjoying cocktails and watching sunsets. The Beach is just a few blocks away and the house is in walking distance to Bay Village and Restaurants. Great Vacation. Thanks so much!!

  We spent an amazing week in this house. The location was within walking distance to all the Beach Haven attractions. The house has great features such as the roof top deck with amazing views of sunsets over the bay, a well maintained kitchen to make a gourmet meal in, a garage to drop off the beach gear and get back to relaxing, and a shaded patio to BBQ and have a drink. My family and I had a memorable week. The owners were attentive to our needs and had no reservation in making us as comfortable as possible. Thanks for all the fun.

  This was our 1st yr renting this home and we loved it !! The location was perfect, walking distance from bay village, beach and bay. The best of all worlds!! The home was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, immaculate with very spacious rooms and had all the comforts of home. All you need is your clothes & food. Their kitchen had everything any cook would need. Pots, pans, grill accessories, dishes, silverware, measuring cups, etc etc. Great for families with teenagers as they can walk to bay village. It's very hard for me to choose my favorite part of the home because it all exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this home!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  We have been renting this home for 1 week for the last three summers and have had nothing but great experiences. The location is fantastic being 3 blocks from the Ocean and 2 blocks from the bay. The sunsets over the are great every evening. Also it is 5 short blocks from Fantasy Island which in our case is perfect as we have three small children who love to go there. The house itself is great and the bedrooms are a good size. My favorite aspect of the house is the rooftop deck where we can relax overlooking the Ocean and Bay while enjoying a cocktail or two. The house is in great condition and the owner is readily available. I would Highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a clean new home that has great location.
