We would like to welcome you to our beautiful island, Santorini, to experience the hospitality and the friendliness of the local people, and our old traditions which are known only in our island..
Our family owns two old houses in the old traditional area of Fira, which is the capital of Santorini. We have recently renovated them, and we did our best to ensure that they would keep their character and unique style:high ceiling roofs,thick stone-made walls, to keep the rooms cool during the summer and warm during the winter.As they didn't have access to wood as a building material, the old habitats of Santorini used to 'carv' their houses and their furniture into stones hills or caves.
Each house has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed,1 dining-living room with a large sofa which can be used as an extra bed,1 fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. Each of them has also a private terrace with table and chairs decorated with flowers and plants.
It's a perfect place for couples,families, elder people, and everyone who will appreciate one of the most beautiful and quiet area of the island, while being just a breath away from the main square and the magnificent caldera view.
Calderimi studio is 45 sq.m, can accommodate 2-3 people.
Calderimi apartment is 60 sq.m. can accommodate 2-4 people.
The studio can be rented in combination with the house, for a larger number of people.

I stayed at this beautiful holiday home in March/April 2013. I was looking for a peaceful getaway and that is what I got! The holiday home is located in Fira, Santorini and is just a couple of minutes walk to the caldera, main square, bus station, taxi station, cable car etc. While it was very centrally located and near to shops, restaurants, it was still peaceful, particularly at night. The house itself was beautifully presented, perfectly clean, had all modern amenities and yet retained a traditional feel. It was well-equipped with everything that you might need during your holiday and there was a terrace where you could sit out to enjoy the Greek sun. The owners, Vivi and the entire family were very friendly and kind and always on hand to help. I would highly recommend this traditional home in Santorini!
