There was some mix up with our original house and we were moved to this location...it was great! There were only four of us we got lost in this house. It would be a great rental for a large group the house was nice and the hot tub was just what we needed. Terry was very helpful and made sure that our needs were met even though there was a date mix up.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

just 5 minute to beach #13. centered location between Gate(from 68) & Pebble beach. my kids are enjoyed at tenis court. Spcecially, Terry's arrangement & explain was great. this is best experience ever to my family. Thanks Terry!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Hello Terry, Just wanted to say thanks again for letting us rent the Pebble Beach house for the memorial weekend. All of us had a really wonderful time and couldn't have felt more at home. The rooms were well maintained and the kitchen was well stocked. The photos do reflect the property's appearance and amenities exactly as it is. The tennis court is an added attraction. There was an incident of the sliding bathroom door getting stuck and we were not able to open it for one night (we later fixed it.) Apart from that, everything else was great. Had really great time. Thanks again and we hope to come back another time!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

Terry was very easy to work with and communicates well. The house was fabulous and met all of our needs. Secluded but close to everything (Pebble Beach, Carmel, and Asilomar conference center). Such beautiful setting. The house was great, very comfortable, everything we eneded. Would love to stay there again next year for my yearly conferences.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.
