This 2 bedroom / 2 bath villa, renovated less than 2 years ago, is located above the shops in Harbour Town and adjacent to restaurants and Sea Pines resort activities. The Sea Pines trolley stop is downstairs and takes you to/from beach. You can spend an entire day (or week!) of shopping, dining, water activities, biking and beaching right outside your door and without even getting into your car!
This villa is unlike any other rental in that it is in the heart of Harbour Town (see location in picture) and all new wood floors (no carpet, no tile), kitchen with new white beadboard cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
You are literally upstairs from boutiques, gift shops, dining and the historic lighthouse. Relax in the red rocking chairs outside and view the yachts at Harbour Town Marina.
You can easily take the complimentary shuttle to/from the Sea Pines Beach Club and soak up the sun on five miles of beach along the Atlantic Ocean (shuttle picks up right downstairs in front of the shops). There are miles of bike trails in Sea Pines to enjoy. Play golf at Harbour Town Golf Links (or any of 20 PGA local courses) or enjoy tennis. Take a sunset sail or enjoy one of the finest dinner buffets by cruising aboard the million dollar “Spirit of Harbour Town”. All of this is available just outside your door and without ever needing to get into your car!
All linens (tools, sheets) are provided. Villa is two bedrooms / 2 baths with pull out futon in den. 3 flat screen TV’s each with DVD player. All furniture is new and is from Pottery Barn and Pier I. Villa is end with extra windows.

About the owner: I grew up in Augusta, GA spending my summers on Hilton Head Island. I'm a UGA (Go Dawgs!) and a UMD alum. After living in DC, Charlotte and Atlanta, I finally decided to realize my dream of purchasing and making my home on HHI. I offer my place to others (for select weeks each year while I'm away) to enjoy the unique pleasures that Hilton Head Island offers.
