  We had a great time at this condo in Mission Beach. The location on Mission Bay was very quiet and ideal for our young son to play in the sand without worrying about the big surf on the ocean side. Yet we had only a short walk across the street if we wanted to play on Mission Beach itself. We were very happy we did not rent a condo right on the Mission Beach boardwalk, though, too busy. The condo itself was very nice, clean, and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked and the owner even left a nice welcome basket with snacks, a bottle of wine and lots of information about area attractions. The owner was very responsive throughout the entire booking process and was pleasant to work with. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

  Great vacation spot!! View from balcony is incredible. Views all the way to San Diego skyline. Convenient to everything. Well worth the price.

  The accomadations were fabulous, the condo was clean, easily accessable and right in the heart of Mission Beach. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone and Cami was great to work with. Thanks again.

  Our whole family came to San Diego for my son's graduation from SDSU. The condo was absolutely amazing!! The pictures did not do it justice. The view overlooking the bay was beautiful. My sister-in-law and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning with our coffee enjoying the peaceful morning view of the bay. Cami and George did so much extra to make our stay a pleasant one. Included was a "goodies" basket filled with snacks, fruit, treats, wine and brochures from nearby restaurants and attractions with a personal review for many of them. It was so helpful. Beach chairs, towels and beach toys were all included. It was more than evident that they took time to add their own personal touches to make sure we had a wonderful experience. The condo was beautifully furnished. The beds were very comfortable and we all had a very good night's sleep. We would certainly return again and would highly recommend this rental unit to anyone interested. Thanks again Cami and George for an amazing vacation stay.

  My husband, infant daughter and I recently stayed in Mission Beach and had a wonderful time. The area was great with lots to do and see. The condo itself was very homey. The owners did a great job making sure we had everything we needed for our stay (even thinking of little things like children's toys, umbrellas, beach towels, etc). It was a great place to stay with a crawling baby as the condo was responsibly baby proofed and included a booster seat, playpen and stroller. The arrival basket including binder with info about the area was a nice touch. Arrival and departure was easy. The condo is a short drive from the airport and is a close to Sea World and the Zoo. We would stay here again.

  We stayed for 10 days and had an incredible experience. The condo was spotless and had everything you could need. CAmi and George were responsive and helpful. While the weather was cool, we found so much to do. The location is great as it is literally close to everything. There were great restaurants and great hiking. We recommend Torrey Pines, Mission Hills regional park and Anza Borrego park(a little further drive) A truly California experience. thanks

  This was a lovely condo, well decorated and well maintained. It was very clean! We had everything we needed. Cami was very responsive, quickly answering all my questions, before and during our stay. We had bees out on the patio and I called Cami and someone came the same day and took care of them. It was nice not to have to pack beach towels and to have chairs available to take out on the beach.The kitchen was weell stocked, and it was easy to have my family there for Christmas day. There was seating for all 7 of us at the dining room table. As long as we get our deposit back in a timely manner, I'd stay here again if we go to San Diego.

  We were not disappointed when we arrived at our Penthouse Apartment for a week's stay! Upon our arrival we were greeted with a large gift basket which included a bottle of wine, many snacks, and lots of brochures regarding things to do in the immediate area. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and included all the conveniences of home. The views were amazing ! The Master Suite bed was so very comfortable, too! Our first two and 1/2 days included rain, but since I had thrown my back out prior to our trip and my husband arrived there with a cold, it was nice to spend those first few days resting and enjoying the big screen television and the lovely views. When the skies cleared, it was also a luxury to sit out on the patio and have coffee/breakfast and just enjoy time together! Our Landlords provided a well organized three ringed binder with so much valuable information on "Everything San Diego"! With the help of this binder, we visited many well known area attractions ,but it was always so nice to have our beautiful Penthouse apartment to return "home" to to rest and rejuvenate. We tried many of the restaurants near the apartment that the binder suggested and all were very good. We ventured out to the downtown area and found other really great restaurants.San Diego is truly a mecca for fine cuisine!!....We would love to return to this Penthouse in !the future. It has a great deal to offer and much more. We left with many fond memories and look forward to seeing some of San Diego's other attractions on our next visit!

  I have never felt so comfortable in someone else's home as Cami and George made us feel. My fiancé and I have a 16 month old who had never seen the beach. They provided toys, even a pack and play, and a BEAUTIFUL home. The location could not have been better, house cleaner, or better located. Anyone who has a small family, staying on the bayside, as opposed to the pacific, is the way to go. You are only a few steps from the waves, but the bayside provides a much safer, less crowded beach perfect for family time. The boardwalk gets hectic and it's tough to introduce a child to the ocean when the bigger waves are rolling in. Honestly, I looked at TONS of homes for our vacation, and you can't go better than this. Not just location, etc. but the price as well. It is fairly priced and it's clear Cami and George aren't in it just for the money... They want to share their place and experiences with others. Thank you both. More than we could have hoped for.

  Our family has been renting Mission/Pacific Beach vacation rentals every summer for over 15 years. This property was by far the nicest we have stayed at yet. The condo itself is very clean, and a decent size. There was plenty of room for two families of four. It was perfect for kids. We did not have to worry about dealing with stairs with our toddler. It was also nice to be able to close of parts of the condo to keep it quiet when he went down for a nap or to bed early. Being on the bay side we could enjoy the nightly fireworks from Sea World on the patio, and the kids could play in the lawn on the bay in front of the property. It is located right next to a parking lot which is nice when you have more than one vehicle in your party. It is however, difficult at times to find open spaces in the lot that allow overnight parking. It is a short walk across the street to the beach. Again, with children it was nice because there is a street light on Santa Clara so you don’t have to worry about trying to hurry your kids when you cross Mission Blvd. The condo had everything that we needed for the beach which saved us lots of room in our car. The only thing we had to bring as shade. Everything else was provided! The condo is in a great location; close to everything you could want or need! My only complaint would be that since the condo is located on Santa Clara, and right next to the parking lot there is quite a bit of traffic. The owners were extremely helpful and available when needed. We loved our stay here. We would rent again, and definitely recommend to others!
