Beautiful custom built home in cove on Lake June. Enjoy relaxing days on the best lake in Lake Placid. The large dock has plenty of room to relax and enjoy the view of the lake or rest on the hammock hanging between beautiful oak trees with hanging moss. Large screened double porches provide the perfect place to perch and enjoy the view.
The house has plenty of space and a coastal cottage feel. There is a large great room with a 60" flat screen t.v. over the fireplace. Huge kitchen is open to the greatroom. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless appliances, gas stove, antique island, and a large eating bar area with 8 barstools. The dining area is also open to the greatroom with a table that seats 8 to 10.
There are 2 bedrooms downstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed and attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other downstairs bedroom has a double bed. There is a full bathroom with a tub and shower and custom stone floor. There is also a powder room downstairs.
There are 2 bedrooms and a bunkroom upstairs. One bedroom has a king bed and gorgeous view of the lake. The other bedroom has 2 twin beds and a trundle bed. The bunkroom has 2 sets custom built 3 high bunks!! Awesome for kids!! It also has a queen futon. There is a full bathroom with a tub and shower.

About the owner: We are a family living in south florida with 2 kids and a labrador. We love to waterski, wakeboard and tube!! We tarvel a lot and enjoy snowskiing and snowboarding.
Why the Owner Chose Lake Placid:
We fell in love with Lake June the first time we stayed there with friends. We immediately bought the lot and started the building process. We have made so many wonderful memories on the lake. We open the home to extended family and have always had a "the more the merrier" attitude about the lakehouse. We love it!!!
