A whimsical diamond nestled in the heart of Destin less than a block from the sugar white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Main house is three floors. The first floor has two bedrooms named the blue room and the giggle room, a beautiful custom kitchen with all new appliances, a large open dining and living room with a pass through bar, a game and reading room, and a laundry room. the first floor also has a front and rear porch. The second floor has a master suite with its own private walk through shower, a guest bath and a guest bedroom. the third floor has a balcony with slight gulf views and a wonderful view of Destin. the guest house or "Cabana" has a loft and a rope bed, a kithenette and a full bath, laundry, dining and living room area. The private pool is located between the cabana and the main house.

We chose the Swedish Fish for the amenities offered to meet our multi family vacation needs. The house itself is adorable. Brightly decorated, high quality linens and towels(nice after years of linen services in other rentals). Comfy furniture. The Photos do not do justice to the spaciousness of the first floor. Plenty of room for the 11 of us, ages 11 months to 62 years. The driveway easily held our 4 cars. Kitchen was large enough for 2 cooks, extra full fridge in the cabana a plus! We found great pool toys and beach chairs in the storage shed. Super easy fast walk to the beach. Being on a side street I think made the house a little quieter. Virtually no car traffic on street. Nice pool and deck with loungers. Very close to grocery and other necessary shopping. Had an issue with Internet, which property mgrs handled promptly. Best feature was the 3rd floor balcony. Great to catch an evening breeze. Wish the house was dog friendly. Well priced, great location. If we return to Destin, would definitely consider renting again.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This was the first time my family has rented a home and I'm soo glad that I chose this home. We had a WONDERFUL stay! The living area downstairs is very open, roomy, and very comfortable. My father has been ill and we figured this would be a great break for him and my mom. They were able to sit outback and watch everyone in the pool and hang out while BBQ'ing. The layout of the home was very accomodating. We loved having the private pool and cabana. We had 4 different families ranging in age from 2-70. One whole family was able to stay in the cabana. Our vacation was 10 times better than I anticipated. Mr. Dennis was very accomodating and very pleasant. Hopefully, we'll be back next year!!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

$500.00 deposit secures the reservation week. The balance is then broken in two equal installments according to lease agreement.

Fl. bed tax of 11% is not included in weekly rate. $300 cleaning fee is not included in weekly rate. Example $3500 + $385.00 tax + $300 cleaning fee will make total rate come to $4185.00 for week. $4185 + $500 refundable deposit will be total of monies received.
