Crystal Beach Home For Rent - Lower Density area with two public beach accesses a short walk away(4 minute walk/ 125 yds). One Access has recently added parking, a covered pavilion and restrooms. Short stroll down the beach to Crab trap for a cold drink & apetizers at their beach bar.

"Sand Dollar" is centrally located to all of Destin's attractions. Walking distance to Barnes & Noble, Restaurants and across the street from the Destin Commons shopping center with movie theater and children's outdoor water play area. Golf courses, Big Kahuna's water park, outlet mall, miniature golf - less than a few miles away.

The private backyard features a 12x24 Heated pool, Hammock, Rainfall outdoor shower, gas grill (propane provided) and two outdoor dining tables.

This classic, upscale beach house features Beautiful Brazilian cherry floors, brushed nickel fixtures and POTTERY BARN furnishings throughout creating a light and airy beach home. The rooms are very spacious (most 30' wide) with a an open floor plan. French doors lead into a double living area, dinng area that seats 10 and oversized kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances as well as cooking utensils. There is plenty of cabinet space to store groceries and for 4-5 cooks to move around.

Main house set up:

There are two second floor master suites, Each beautifully designed with a King size bed, queen sleeper sofa, TV/Armoire & full bath. A third bedroom with one set of twin bunk beds plus an extra cot completes the second story.

First Floor guest room includes 2 queen beds, TV/Armoire & sofa overlooking the pool, attaches to a full bathroom.

The guest cottage provides a romantic retreat with a queen sleigh bed in one room, two twin beds & kitchenette in the second room + full bath & walk in closet. Double french doors lead out to a covered porch withe setee & then on to the pool area.

Whether you're looking to reconnect with family & friends, relax poolside or at the beach, or take a bike ride on the quiet streets, this house has all the amenities to provide a hassle-free, memorable week at the beach.

Our goal is to make your stay as relaxing as possible with everything you would need at the beach provided for you.

These items are provided at the house for your enjoyment:Gas Grill with propane, Bikes, wagon, beach cart, beach chairs, umbrellas, pool floats, pool towels, hairdryers, games, movies, & books.

Optional services available (additional charge): Grocery shopping service, In Home Spa treatments, Daily housekeeping, Mid-week linen exchange & Beach service.

Sorry, Absolutely NO SMOKING (due to allergies).

We are willing to make an exception for up to 2 small dogs (under 25lbs.) WITH PRIOR APPROVAL & Pet Fee of $200 per dog/ per week - no exceptions.

Pet(s) must be treated for flea/tick,up to date on shots and kept in guest house (tile floor) when no one is home. Owner's must clean up all pet waste prior to departure.

  • We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sand Dollar. The property is very well maintained and had everything we would ever need (and then some). Our party of 7 ranged in age from 3 to 70+ and we plenty of room and activities for everyone. The kitchen was wonderful and the bedrooms very comfortable. The pool was a huge hit with the kids. Thank you for a wonderful vacation spot...looking forward to coming back again!

  • What a beautiful house! We stayed at the Sand Dollar over Spring Break and this was our fourth experience staying in a rental house in Crystal Beach. The Sand Dollar was everything that we anticipated and more. We had nine adults, one teeager and three children and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house has many extras and was very, very clean. Our vacation was wonderful and one we will never forget. Thanks for a great week.

  • We again had a GREAT time in Destin! We try to come every summer and this was our first stay at the Sand Dollar. We were very comfortable and had plenty of room with 3 families and a total of 13 people. The back yard is great and the house very accomodating with all of the little extras!
