The pictures do not do the apartment and view justice! We arrived and there was a slight hiccup and Barry, the owner, addressed it immediately. The apartment is well stocked, clean, spacious. Neighbor hood parking wasn't hard either. There's a mini mart on the corner, which was convenient. My local SF friends were in awe of the view and enjoyed time with us on the deck and spacious kitchen. I usually do not post reviews nor stay in the same place, but Barry's place, I will come back.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this property at the end of July, the place was beautiful and had a stunning view. It was extra handy having the garage (which is not attached to the property, but is nearby) for our car. Barry's place had all the comforts of home, while being in a great location with many areas to explore nearby. We had a wonderful experience and would surely stay here again.

We loved this place. Open the door and look to the other end of the apartment and you are immediately greeted with a fantastic view of the city. Bary was very fast to answer any concerns. It came with an indoor parking spot. I have already recommended this rental to others. When back in San Fran we plan on staying here again. Beautiful! Thanks so much

Outstanding place to call home

The pictures don't do this site justice. As soon as you walk in you will be amazed at the beautiful views of the city. The kitchen is state of the art. I would highly recommend for anyone wanting a great place to stay and visit the city. My wife and I came for our 25th anniversary and we were not disappointed. The owners were very helpful and available for any questions we had. A big plus was a garage space available for our rental car so we did not have to worry about parking. Overall, our experience was A+.

I rented this place out on August 12-15th for Outside lands with my BF. It was perfect! It was just enough space for myself and my BF. What we loved about his place was that the street that it was on was not really used by traffic. It was relatively quiet. There was a great little shop at the end of the street that was very convenient. There was no parking situation when we were there, we would always find parking right in front of the place. The views were amazing! I definitely recommend this place for couples. One little side note, we thought that the Golden Gate Park was closer in walking distance, but we were wrong. If you plan on walking to Golden Gate park from here, give yourself at least an hour and 1/2! It you don't wish to walk, just get a cab. Overall, great place! :)

I rented this place for my parents and my sister to stay when they came to visit me in SF. It's really a great deal for the space you get and the view is amazing. The place was clean, well-maintained and had all the amenities you might want or need. We had arranged to meet with one of the neighbors in order to get the key upon arrival and she was very helpful and made sure we were all set when we arrived. The kitchen is very modern with everything you might need to cook and there's a cute little market a block away with groceries. The deck is a major bonus and is great for sitting, enjoying a glass of wine and admiring the view. There's no parking spot provided, but there was always parking available on the street. You can easily walk to the Castro or Cole Valley from this area, however you should be prepared for hiking up and down some serious hills getting to and from. My family really enjoyed their time at this rental and are planning another stay in the fall. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for an experience that is not the average tourists', but one more like a local.

Owner response: We are so happy you enjoyed yourselves! FYI there's parking for the lower unit #45 and always street parking nearby. Next time you are back, ask Wayne if the garage is available and we are happy to accomodate you.
Spent a beautiful week in May!
Spent a beautiful week in May!
Stayed a week in mid-May. Everything in the VRBO was high end, spotless and/or new; the friendly property manager was readily available by phone; all instructions worked, and the neighborhood is wonderful--quiet and well-kept, with a very handy grocery/deli a few doors down. Walk a little farther to Cole Valley and visit one of the best, most functional hardware stores left in the US before/after you sample the great restaurants/coffee shops in the area. The views, deck, gardens are all as described--you won't be disappointed. We stayed in the spacious one-bedroom unit. My wife and I are already planning our next trip!
