  The listing description is not accurate the property should be described as 2 bedrooms and a tv studio with a sofa bed, 5 adults can sleep comfortable, however the sofa is not adequate for adults (very uncomfortable). Other than that the condo has amazing views of the ocean as well as the marina. The pool and beach area very clean and private and the employees are very attentive. Good location you can walk to the little store to buy basics and good restaurants at a walking distance. The kitchen, dining and living area very pleasant. The cook they recomended was outstanding. The property was well maintain and clean. Maybe they could provide cleaning every other day so you do not have to worry about the beds and towels. " Excellent location". I will recomend this place to anyone looking for a private place, just no more than 5 adults and 2 kids.

We believe the listing description is accurate as within the listing it is described in two places: Under the description of bedrooms and in the picture caption that bedroom #2 (den) has a queen sofa bed. None of our past clients have raised the issue of the sofa bed being uncomfortable. Daily maid service is available at the clients discretion at a nominal charge.   Jerry and Claudette you have a beautiful place, we had a wonderful time, everything that you say on the property description it is true and more. If anyone is looking for a great place rent this condo. Let me tell you something, I was doing my morning walk on the beach and I passed by this big resort that is near by and there was people putting there things on the palapas chairs to reserved them because it gets packed, at Oceano Sueno there is nothing like that, you just get out of you condo walk by the pool and walk down a few stairs and you are on the beach with no rush to reserved a palapa. Will be back!

  We have spent the a good share of February in PV for the last three years, all in the same area of Nuevo Vallarta. This was by far our best stay due to the accoomodations offered by Ocenano Sueno. The beach is wonderful and the condo itself offers beautiful views, and wonderful ammenities. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be returning next year.

  My family and I spent a second vacation in this outstanding place. Despite the end of the year festivities, we were capable to relax and unwind. The easy to use facilities and friendly staff made it up to par with a five star hotel. We particularily enjoyed the incredible sunsets from the ninth floor, the soft beach and the great waves (perfect for bodysurfing). As for food, there were at least 4 or 5 good restos nearby all in walking distance (most of them offer take-out). If you love to cook as we do, you can have a good range of choice in three super stores that are five to ten minutes away by car (taxi is 5 to 10 $). In addition, you can enjoy a fabulous view of the surrounding area off the balcony while eating or just simply relaxing. Regarding the property, everything was as Jerry described. It was clean, elegant and every small glitch was dealt with promptly and professionally. We are grateful to Jerry and Alex for insuring that everything went smoothly. We must mention that we stayed at the condo for the most part but a great variety of activities were available to us. Alex was willing to help with any necessary reservation for activities or dining out. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone in search of a tropical oasis that provides comfort, security and a good time. Sincerely, Edward, Christina and Alexander from Montreal

  This condo is exactly what it says it is and then some. The location and condo are perfect. I wouldnt stay anywhere else. The condo was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The infiniti pool was great for hours on end and the ocean was swimmable most days. Everything about this property worked well for us.

  I just returned from 9 days at Oceano Sueno.This was my second stay there so I knew what to expect, only this time, it was even more enjoyable.The owners have added more beautiful artwork.There was nothing to want for in the condo.The bed was comfortable, the den was cozy & the kitchen was equiped with anything I could possibly want.The security was very good, to the building & to the garage.The views were hard to pull myself away from, from all sides.The condo was spotless & I even walked around barefoot which I never do.The satellite TV came in handy most nights & there was an amazing collection of DVD's.I loved being able to log onto my laptop whenever I wanted using their wireless.I was also able to listen to my music on my I-Phone with their Bose system.The speakers were awesome.The neighbors were very quiet and pleasant and I enjoyed hearing the people having fun on the beach.There were a few local families who came out often & I loved watching them play, including their Chihuahuas!As to location, it's great.The beach is the best I've seen in the Bay & I've stayed at other places in Nuevo & also Bucerias. Nothing compares.Smooth sand, no rocks, & plenty of waves, but not dangerously strong.Great boogie boarding and Alex the property manager loaned me two.There are jetties that are fun to walk on and watch some local fisherman get their catch of the day.It was also incredible to watch all the fishing, private and tour boats leaving for adventures every morning on the right.On the left, you see the cruise ships going into the PV harbor.The pool area is pristine and very quiet and relaxing.There are several restaurants & a convenience store (OXXO) within a very short walking distance, but if you have a car, driving around Nuevo is so beautiful & there's a Starbuck's & great shopping!The marina is right outside & it was fun touring the docks.I just want to say that after visiting the Bay area since 1978, this was the best vacation ever.Jerry & Claudette...I'll be back soon.   "Breathtaking view in a wonderfully relaxing location" After spending a great deal of time on the internet researching vacation rentals we settled on Oceano Sueno based on it's relatively good value for what seemed to be a luxurious condo with a great pool area and direct beach access. We could not be more happy with our decision based on our recent visit. The condo exceeded our expectations in every way. The location in Nuevo Vallarta is great, as it has everything you need within a short distance, and is only a 20-25 minute drive to the hustle and bustle of Puerto Vallarta. We actually only went into PV a couple of times, as we found the local restaurants and stores met most of our needs. The building is right on the beach, and the beach itself was in beautiful condition and wasn't very crowded most days. The condo was in excellent condition with beautiful art throughout. The Master Suite met all of our needs, with a great bathroom with very large shower and double sinks. The walk-in closet can easily accomodate all but the largest wardrobes. The largest of the three tv's provided entertainment when necessary. The guest bedroom that our son stayed in had two beds, and could easily handle three people. The guest bathroom met all of his needs with plenty of room and a large shower. The main living area had plenty of space with a huge sectional couch that could easily sit 8-9 people. The balcony is just off of the living room, and has a spectacular view. There are two lounge chairs and a four-seat table and chairs, which are great for meals. We spent a lot of time on the balcony just relaxing and listening to the ocean. The kitchen met all of our needs and was extremely functional. The pool area was immaculate at all times, and was a great place to relax and enjoy the mid-80's weather. The building was very secure with security monitoring the door 24/7, and a private garage that was accessed via the provided remote control. The unit comes with its own parking spot, making it easy to get in and out if you choose to rent a car. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back if we run out of other places to visit. Thanks for everything! Scott, Seattle WA.

  "Oceano Sueno" My family enjoyed the condo as well as the beach. The unit has everything or more that my family and I needed for our stay of 5 days.
