Great unit for a large family or family reunion vacation! This is a full-sized single wide mobile home with a full length addition and a huge 'Carolina room' (or 2nd family room). Located in the family-friendly environment of Ocean Lakes (Lot MH24), this unit has three bedrooms (two with queen beds and one with two twins) as well as additional sleeping on sofa beds and futons in the living area and Carolina room. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils for meal preparation and there is a spacious dining area as well. There is a large yard with room to park 2 or 3 cars and you can even fish in the canal just behind the unit.
Ocean Lakes prides itself on providing a fun and safe environment for your family. You can easily walk from this home to the beach, two pools (indoor and outdoor), Splash Zone,putt-putt, and recreation center. If you prefer, you can rent a golf cart to tour our 310 acre oceanfront community. The Mobile Home section is almost like a park within the park so you can engage in as many of the onsite activities as you choose and then escape from the hustle and bustle to your quiet home. Our gated entrance and 24 hour patrolling security will give you peace of mind for your family vacation. Families who stay here come back again and again.
Linen service and departure cleaning are available upon request. A security deposit of $150 is required and is refundable IF the unit is left clean and in good order for the next guest. In addition, there is a $25 non-refundable inspection fee.
