WE ARE KEITH AND CYNDY LANGDON FROM NORTH CAROLINA. WE HAVE OWNED OUR CONDO SINCE 2000.
RELAX ON THE DECK UNDER THE UMBRELLA OR CATCH RAYS BY THE POOL!
OUR MASTER BEDROOM HAS A QUEEN BED AND A PRIVATE FULL BATH, THE GUEST BEDROOM HAS 2 TWIN BEDS AND A SEPARATE ENTRANCE TO SECOND FULL BATH. THERE IS A QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA IN FAMILY ROOM. DINING ROOM TABLE SEATS 6. KITCHEN IS WELL FURNISHED INCLUDING SMALL APPLIANCES AND UTENSILS.
WE ALSO HAVE BEACH CHAIRS, BOOGIE BOARDS AND SUCH TO TAKE TO BEACH!

This was our 4th time staying at Shipwatch Pointe II and this was the nicest condo yet. Extremely clean and well stocked. Beds were comfy and furniture perfect. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

I have vacationed at Shipwatch Pointe II for a week each summer for the last 11 years. This was the first time I have stayed at this condo. By far, this is the best condo at Shipwatch Pointe! The condo was super clean and had all the amenities. The reservation process with the owners was pleasantly simple. I can't say enough good things about this condo. I will absolutely become a seasonal renter of this condo!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

About the owner: KEITH IS A RETIRED TOWN MANAGER OF THE SAME MUNICIPALITY OF 25 YEARS. CYNDY IS AN INTERIOR DESIGNER STILL EMPLOYED WITH THE SAME DESIGN FIRM FOR 25 YEARS. SINCE WE ARE ONLY A COUPLE OF HOURS AWAY, WE GO DOWN APPROX. TWICE A MONTH, MORE DURING OFF SEASONS.

WE PURCHASED OUR PROPERTY BECAUSE OF IT'S GREAT LOCATION AND EASY ACCESS TO MOST ANY AREA OF BEACH, WE ARE 3 MILES FROM BAREFOOT LANDING, APPROX. FIVE MILES FROM BROADWAY AT THE BEACH, AND JUST MINUTES FROM ANY TYPE OF RESTAURANT YOU MIGHT WANT. YOU CAN WALK TO A FISHING PIER CLOSE BY,
TANGER OUTLET SHOPPING IS ONLY MINUTES AWAY.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
IT IS A VERY SHORT WALK DOWN TO BEACH, (APPROX . ONE BLOCK) AND WE HAVE CHAIRS, BOARDS, ETC. SO THERE IS NO NEED TO BUY THEM.
WE HAVE FURNISHED OUR CONDO SO THAT OUR GUESTS FEEL AS "AT HOME" AS WE DO!
