This exceptional condo is located at the Netherland, an iconic Art Deco building in South Beach that sits directly across from the ocean. Its location on famous Ocean Drive is just one block from the Versace Mansion and within walking distance to many restaurants and nightclubs.
This unique two-story condo has one complimentary indoor garage parking space and is located on the fifth floor with direct ocean view and a contemporary, artsy decor that features designer details with modern furnishings. There is hardwood flooring through with custom tiles in both bathrooms.
The 1st floor area is small with a guestroom and full bathroom. The spacious 2nd floor includes the main living areas as well as the master suite and full bathroom.
This South Beach vacation rental has 1,500 square feet of space and will comfortably sleep four to five people.

A staircase takes you from the first floor to the second floor were you will find a living room, dining area and an open style kitchen. There is a large leather sectional sofa in the living room that sleeps one additional person and a dining area with contemporary glass table that seats six. From two large windows in the living room guests will enjoy unobstructed ocean views.
The kitchen is ultramodern with white countertops, built in cabinetry and all stainless steel appliances.

The master suite on the second floor features a king size bed, large plasma TV and huge walk-in closet with custom shelving. The in-suite master bathroom has custom white tile work, a Jacuzzi tub, bidet, and a separate glass enclosed shower and steam room.
The guest bedroom on the 1st floor has a full size bed as well as a large plasma TV. Next to the bedroom is a nice size modern full bathroom.
