2 BR, 2 BA upper level condo located in the PRIME spot in the Pointe Resort community with 2 patios overlooking the main pool and views of greenbelt, palm trees, and mountains in the background. Modern 1090 SF floor plan with the 2 bedrooms on opposite sides separated by the living room. The open kitchen/dining area and 9 foot ceilings throughout create a feeling of space and openness. Everything is kept pristine and very clean. Carpet and ceramic tile floors. Can sleep up to 6 comfortably with either a king or two XL twins per bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Free high-speed internet access.
Unlimited access and discounts at Pointe Hilton Tapatio Resort and Hilton Squaw Peak Resort which includes water parks, 140 foot water slide, Lazy River, and 20% discount on golf.
We also offer the security of a push-button entry system which provides each guest with a temporary and unique access code. This eliminates lost key issues and makes it impossible for anyone other than management to enter the condo.
The Pointe Resort is a gated resort community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles NE of downtown Phoenix adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. The grounds contain 3 pools, 3 spas, and tennis and basketball courts. Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a 7 mile radius. The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base for all the Valley has to offer. Great vacation spot for couples, families and golf enthusiasts.

We are 1/2 mile from the great hiking/biking trails available at North Mountain Preserve. The facility has 3 heated pools and Jacuzzis and is located in an ideal location in North Phoenix. We now provide unlimited access to Pointe Hilton at Tapatio and Hilton Squaw Peak amenities.

Larni, Jackie, and I live in San Diego but enjoy our frequent visits to Phoenix and expecially like staying at Pointe Resort where we have owned two condos since 2003. We became involved in vacation rentals because we love the concept of staying in an actual home on a vacation rather than in a tiny hotel room. We hope you are able to enjoy our condos as well.

Jeff, Thanks for renting out your condo to us. We had a wonderful trip and staying at the condo sure beat a hotel room. I can't believe all that we got for what we paid. Very nice furnishings, plenty of room, pool and parking easy to get to. You were a pleasure to work with and you made this an easy transaction. This condo is in a very nice location. The grounds and pool area are wonderful! The condo itself could use a little updating, but the price was right. The owner provided excellent customer service and was very responsive to getting information to us in a timely manner.
Recommended for:Age 55+.
