    Hello Anthony, We just wanted to say that we had a wonderful stay at the condo (02-20-13/ 02-26-13). Everything was even better than we had hoped. I will absolutely recommend this rental to friends and family as well as keep it mind for future trips to Disney. I might have forgotten a few articles of clothing in the master bedroom closet. Is there anyway to find that out? Thank you, Farah B

    Hi Anthony, I just wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed staying at your condo again. We came on back yesterday afternoon because it looked like Isaac would have made for a miserable drive home today. We went down for the Star Wars convention which was held at the convention center, so didn't go to any parks this trip. We had a great time, but it was torture to see Sea World out our windows every day! Our next trip to Orlando will probably be in Jan/Feb so I will be checking back to see if your unit is available once we figure out the dates. Thanks! Kathleen P

    Anthony and Nicole- Thank you so much for a wonderful condo. We were rarely there as we had lots to do at Universal and the convention center. As it turns out...we didn't get to the pool again so the passes were not an issue (I did get your vm..ty).     Hi Anthony & Nicole, Hope all is well. Just a note to say that my family and I are enjoying your place. Very spacious and awesome location! We didn't find an iron/board in the apart. but once we contacted Steve, he made sure we got one right away. We hope to return the first weekend in December.     HI Anthony & Nicole, We are having a great time. We have been busy everyday and are getting a bit run down from all the time spent in the parks. We got up super early yesterday to try and beat the crowds to IOA to get into Harry Potter (didn't work). However, we got to see and do all we wanted there, just took us more time.     At first was a little skeptical, everything you see on the internet is always better than what you find in person. But after checking the previous reviews I figured what the heck. Was traveling to Orlando with my family, husband, 17 year old son, and 5 year old son, having space was definately something that we had to have. Could not have been better, plenty of room for everyone to have some privacy, the best of accomodations with everything that you could need with a 10 minute drive. The kitchen was stocked with all that you could want if making snacks or preparing a full meal. The pool and hot tub were just a 2 minute walk accross the parking lot. Wish the vacation never had to end. You cannot go wrong with this property very secure, very good location, very clean and comfortable. Will definatley contact the owners again when in the area.

    My family and I stayed at this condo in October. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The litchen like new. Comfortly sleeps six though there was only 4 of us.. It is located on the second floor at the top of the stairs. the pool is a short walk. It is very quiet. It is in a gated comunity. The area is not one of the high traffic areas. Publix is a short walk or drive away. The main clubhouse in vista cay is a short drive. Everything that you may need is nearby. Discovery Cove and Seaworld are just a 5 minute drive and Disney World no more than 15 minutes. The owner was very easy to work with. He is also very accomodating. If there is a problem, it is very easy to contact him, he will definitely try to help you out,. Its a great place to stay when visiting the parks with your family. You get all the conviences of home. We would definetly stay there again and we will recommend this place to our friends . Thanks for sharing your home with us.

    Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    We enjoyed our stay while visiting Universal Studios. Easy, short drive to the parks/restaurants. Publix across the street. Spotless condo. Exactly like photos. Would stay here again. No problem dealing with owners. Would suggest upgrading master bedroom matress and leaving an instruction guide for getting onto the wifi. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

    Owner response: A memory foam mattress top has been added along with Wi-Fi access instructions.

    We spent 3 nights at this property. If you are going the Universal Parks, this complex is in a perfect location, directly on Universal Blvd, but far enough from the busy areas as well. The unit was clean and met the needs of all the family members. The owner responded quickly via email when I had a question after arriving at the unit. No problems encountered. Thanks again!

    A super clean condo in a fabulous location! Close to EVERYTHING, yet when you get to the property, you don't feel like you are in the center of the hustle. The grounds are lovely and the pool was a great way to end our busy day. There were people grilling just outside the pool and everyone was friendly. The condo was great. Rooms are good sized with large bathrooms as well. The kitchen was nice with all of the small appliances we wanted (toaster, coffee maker, blender). Great communication and welcome packet from owner made planning easy. We will definitely be back for our next Orlando visit.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
