This 1500 square foot first floor condo boasts nine foot ceilings, has a Victorian flair and is professionally decorated in beachy decor. The full kitchen package includes large and small appliances and is fully stocked with a wide variety of cooking utencils.
Breakfast can be enjoyed on a charming front porch overlooking a quiet tree lined street or around a dining table looking out through a bay window. Located only two blocks from the Convention Center and boardwalk makes this a convenient and attractive place to stay during any season of the year.
This condo sports four comfortably sized bedrooms and two full baths which makes it a relaxing retreat after a long day at the beach. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and large dresser with mirror, 19 inch cable television and full bath. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a 13" TV/DVD, the third has a queen-size bed, cot pull out chair and 13" TV. The fourth bedroom has twin-size trundle beds and is decorated in charming Victorian style.
This home away from home has a private enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower and gas grill within a fenced back yard. There is ample parking and storage for two cars in the garage and one car in the driveway. Washer and dryer are also included for your convenience. We have board, video games and a small selection of movies for kids and adults.
Rental weeks are scheduled from Sunday to Sunday. Check out time is before 10am and check in no earlier than 3pm. We supply the pillows, blankets and comforters but please bring your sheets and towels. Proms and graduation parties are welcome. No smoking or pets allowed. Boats, wave runners and trailers are not permitted on the property.
