I recently celebrated the Fourth of July holiday with my kids at Sandarac on Fort Myers Beach. It was an incredible experience, and one that I would highly recommend. The close proximity to the beach, along with the fabulous accommodations and on-property pool, made our stay most-memorable.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

In January of 2012, we were fortunate to spend a week at the Sandarac in Fort Myers Beach. Wow, were we impressed! The mainstays of waking up to a gorgeous sunrise and putting to rest a fabulous day by witnessing breathtaking sunsets from 6th floor of this condo were simply priceless. It is the ideal location if you seek a peaceful and relaxing vacation and the opportunity to reconnect with your loved ones. This condo has everything you will need. The great room offers views of the gulf and space for everyone to relax, play games or watch movies. The newly added wet bar makes entertaining easy while the cook is preparing meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The private master suite has a window facing the beach which we opened up in the evening to hear the soothing sounds of the ocean. The beach (directly located outside your door) has the texture of “flour-like” sand and we witnessed two dolphins swimming ten feet from where we were laying out on the beach. Whether you choose to run or walk on the beach, watch wildlife, bike in Sanibel or just relax, you can be assured a fantastic, memorable week. The condo is outstanding and the owners were very attentive to requests. We would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a peaceful getaway on a gorgeous island.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Unit was clean; Kitchen fairly well stocked with cookware. Plenty of linens and towels. If staying at Sandrac this is the unit you want, it is on the end-facing beach with a perfect view to the north of the island and Sanibel. The beach is quite wide and this area is much more quiet then the north end of island. Publix is about 1.5 north for shopping.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers.

The condo was emaculate and in pristine condition. It was exactly as described (if not better!). The owners were very easy to deal with and very accommodating. We had a fabulous time and I am making reservations for next year!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

What a wonderful morning coffee we'd have, looking out to the beach...and the sunset over the Gulf, got some wonderful photos. *sigh* We'd highly recommend this rental to friends & family. It was clean, well-maintained and communication with the owners was prompt and accurate. My husband and I certainly wish we could have stayed longer, but think I'm going to book this rental for an upcoming girls weekend...Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
