Review of Property 35106 December 2011

We stayed at Property 35106 over Christmas 2011 and had a very enjoyable vacation. The condo is extemely well located and well maintained. The listing description and photos of the property were completely accurate. The condo is very clean and the furnishings are excellent. Overall, it's a very comfortable, well stocked condo. You really couldn't ask for more. The kitchen has everything you need. The owners were extremely helpful both with excellent directions and suggestions for things to do. We had stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Incline Village twice before so were familiar with this part of Lake Tahoe. We didn't want to pay the ridiculous rates at the Hyatt as there were four of us and we also wanted to be able to cook our own meals over the holidays. This is a great alternative. You really have the best of both worlds: you're close enough to the Hyatt to enjoy a spa treatment or eat at one of the restaurants if you feel like it, yet have a very comfortable condo with full kitchen, two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. I would recommend this property without reservation to both friends and family alike. The condo is walking distance from gorgeous beaches. The center of Incline Village is very close by. There are lots of restaurants within a very short distance. The Diamond Peak Ski Resort is very close and Northstar and Squaw Valley are a short drive away. We would definitely go back to this condo again. It is a really great value and it was a real pleasure to stay there.

We stayed in this VERY comfortable and cozy condo and everything was absolutely immaculate, the kitchen had every appliance we could have wanted; we couldn't have asked for more attention to detail as to what would make a visiting family feel at home. One thing we really loved was the condo location, both for ease of sightseeing during the day and for relaxing at night. After grilling dinner we'd walk to Starbuck's, then walk along Lakeshore Drive and admire all the multi-million dollar homes. During the day, we explored the small towns and beaches along both the East and West side of Lake Tahoe, drove up to Sqaw Valley, and never had to spend a lot of time in the car doing it. This condo was the perfect central location. Fred and Diana were very helpful, too, about suggesting places to eat, off-the-beaten path sights, things to do, driving directions - this was one of those stays where we truly felt welcomed and pampered - we'll be back.

My family and I had a great time at this condo. Very comfortable and quiet. Fred was great in detailing everything about the condo including directions, activities and restaurants in the area. The condo is located close to Diamond Peak and Hyatt casino. Had all the amenties needed. The couch in the front room was great for lounging on after a long day of skiing. The beds in both rooms have top of the line mattresses. Great for a good nights rest! I Would highly recommend this condo to friends. Thank you again!
Owner response:We're always pleased to know that our guests appreciate the extra effort that we invest to make their stay comfortable and enjoyable!

Me and my friends had a great time at this place. Fred was very helpful beforehand in answering my questions about the condo and the area and even emailed a welcome kit before we arrived. The condo itself was very comfortable and cozy, perfect for the five of us. It's located a short drive away from major resorts such as Northstar and Squaw and there are several markets and restaurants nearby. For the price, this place is a real bargain. Would highly recommend to any of my friends. Thanks, Fred.

Location, location, location!!!! Walk to the grocery stores, shops, restaurants, the beach, the park, the casino and the lake. Easy move in with a fire to greet us with just a click. The kitchen was immaculate with all amenities.....even with condiments. We especially appreciated the en suite master bedroom first floor location along with the high speed wireless internet access. The laundry was again well stocked and very quiet. We opted for once a week maid service and they were experienced, thoughtful and thorough. Snow removal was superb in this Winter Wonderland and we thoroughly enjoyed this condo.

We stayed in this lovely condo in January, 2010. It was absolutely perfect for our family of 4! It is a cozy mountain home that is immaculately clean--a combination that is not easy to come by. It is obvious that owners Fred & Diana take great pride in this property! We loved the oversized couch, and the easy gas fireplace warmed us up instantly after playing in the snow all day. One more word of praise is for Fred. He was a tireless source of information and resources when it came to my many questions about the area. I very much appreciated that. Incline Village is a lovely part of Tahoe to stay in. There really is not much of a village to see, but the homes around this area are incredible. Diamond Peak is 5 minutes drive from here, and a great place to have your kids learn how to ski. The lake is a 2 minute walk down the property and across the street, and a new and large indoor hot tub is literally 200 steps from the property. Thanks again, Fred & Diana! We look forward to staying here again.

This warm and inviting condo had everything we needed inclusive of responsive and attentive owners. We stayed in the condo with two small children. The impetus behind our trip was for our son to ski so the condo's central location and close proximity to Diamond Peak was great. It is very close to one of Incline's beach/parks as well, our youngest loved the newer, clean play structure there. The kitchen was well stocked and able to accomodate the frequent meals for our little ones! The large couch in the front room was perfect for cozy family movies at night. We appreciated the notebook with local information inclusive of menus for nearby restaurants making ordering in a breeze. The beds were very comfortable, everyone slept well. The grounds are kept immaculate and the new recreation facility is beautiful. We look forward to visiting again!
