We have everything you need already here! We have beach chairs, floats, beach umbrellas, beach towels, sand toys etc. You name it we have it already here for you to use. No need to bring your own!
Just a comfortable stroll to a great public beach w/ bathrooms, parking, & Pompano Joe's Restaurant. Jetskis, paragliding, and other beach activities available within a few short blocks. Our home is near area golf and shopping outlets. We have a private heated pool in fenced backyard (heat turned on for additional fee), a wonderful wrap around porch to enjoy sipping cocktails at sunset w/ adjoining patio w/ grill area, table & chairs. The house is laid out great for entertaining w/ vaulted greatroom w/ fireplace, leather furnishings, & big screen TV. The greatroom has view to dining room w/ bay window (seats 6). Our kitchen is fully equipped (just like home) w/ large eating bar that seats 6. Our home has 3 bedrooms that sleeps 10 (without pulling out a couch or blowing up an air mattress.) Kids room features 2 sets of bunk beds, each with a double bed on bottom and twin on top. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, & the master features a king bed. There is an air mattress if needed.
Master bedroom features a sitting area. Master and alternate bedroom has view to pool. All bedrooms have their own TV. There are additional change of sheets in linen closet and washer/dryer in laundry room. There are also two twin aero beds for additional guests.
Master bath has a double vanity, with tile bath enclosure. Alternate bath has tile floors & enclosure. There are plenty of towels for each bathroom. Every possible convenience thought of for you. You don't even have to pack a hair dryer.
**$250 Security Deposit due at booking to hold reservation, check is deposited and returned to you within 30 days of departure upon inspection of the rental. Half of rental fee due 30 days after booking. Final payment is due 60 days before arrival, unless other arrangements have been made.
