Beach Music
Come relax at this comfortable beach house nestled on a private island minutes from downtown Beaufort, South Carolina. This lovely home has ocean views and is just a brief walk out the front door to sand between your toes. Soak up the sun on the beautiful beach with lots of solitude, perfect for reading a good book under an umbrella or body surfing the waves.
At the end of 2009, we replaced all of the King and Queen mattresses with luxury extra thick firm mattresses for your complete rest during vacation!
Step on the large screened back porch and look out over a championship golf course or quickly access the pool area. Use the club membership to play a round of golf or several. The house also has a private landscaped pool for year round use, heating is available for $200/week! It is also equipped with lights for night swimming.
Inside the house you will find 6+ bedrooms (we have separated the bunk beds from the TV viewing area so that some children can watch TV, while the younger ones go to sleep). You can separate the 6th bedroom into two rooms with a partitioned door. Ideal for several families or a large group of friends. Make memories that will last a lifetime in the large living room that is open to the dining area and kitchen. There is plenty of seating for everyone from the oversized sectional sofa to the extra large dining table. There is round game table for more eating space, a card game or puzzles. The kitchen overlooks into the living room making sure no one is left out of the conversation.
And most importantly, don't miss the large front porch filled with rocking chairs for taking in a sunset and feeling a gentle breeze tickle your hair. Make sure not to miss the spectacular star show once the sun has gone to bed. Don't miss spending an afternoon in downtown Beaufort along the bay taking in the sights and wonderful coastal breeze. There are shops and restaurants to suit almost any taste. Make your memories every year at this perfect beach house that will so easily seem like your own beach home.
Feed the deer right out of your hands, watch egrets gracefully land in the lagoons, observe osprey catch their prey in the ocean. This s6+ bedroom, four bath home will comfortably accommodate 16 people in beds. We have a wonderful entertainment package we are offering included in the rent: pool toys, beach toys, beach chairs, large park grill etc.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We have come to love Fripp Island over the years. We were only exposed to it since 2003, but love the natural beauty and the wildlife reserve aspects for our vacation experience. Our children are growing up learning to observe the alligators, egrets, feed the deer and watch sunsets over the water. The island is very kid-friendly and comfortable, making vacation a relaxing time for us.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our girls wake up and jump in the pool and end each day by swimming again. They are literally in that pool most of the day. It is hard to drag them in to even eat. We love sitting on the screened porch watching them swim and providing an easy place for them to snack while still in their bathing suits.

My husband and I purchased this property several years ago. We added a private pool because we have young children and they love to swim. We moved to Beaufort from Atlanta to raise our children in a small town with lovely vistas. We stay at this home often when it is not rented. We live about 20 minutes away on St. Helena Island on a tidal creek.

I had the most relaxing stay at Beach Music last year. Looking forward to using Seaside Getaways for my next vacation.

We were a family of 12 staying there in June for a week. Fripp Island is awesome. This house has a great location and a good layout for a big family. The kitchen is a bit dated but other then that I would give the house high marks. We had a wonderful time. Be sure and visit Hunting Island State Park. It is beautiful.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
