The Villa Biriba Trancoso Residence is a fascinating complex comprising two types of accommodations: Biriba House and Chalet Biriba.
Accessible via two separate entrances, one for pedestrians only and the other suitable for vehicles, the Biriba Trancoso is nestled in a lush tropical garden where the predominant green is enriched by colorful hibiscus, biriba and flamboyant flowers, with a breezy sunny grassland , a variety of native plants and fruit trees such as mango, banana, coconut and cashew.
The architecture is a typical Trancoso home, having been built and renovated by the hands of the natives, emphasizing the peculiarities of the context in which it is and fully equipped with furniture and ornaments of local artisans.
In an oasis of peace and silence, Villa Biriba enjoys a strategic position in a prime residential area of Trancoso known as João Vieira, a few minutes walking from the Quadrado Square and the town center with its shops, bars and restaurants. The 'Coqueiro' Beach is a short distance along the path to the colonial church of São João Batista in the 'Quadrado'.
